Aloft Perth

Loved how the staff was always in contact with me in the lead up on arrival and did a cute heart with the pedals on the bed !!!!

On the website it showed the bathroom would be open to the main room and when I got there it wasn’t which was a let down The other thing was we ALWAYS stay at aloft at least once a year for special occasions and we had staff telling us we were being too loud when we are very respectful of other guest and never had that before even though last year we would 100% louder then this time

The toiletries were great and were all sls free. The different pillows meant I could find one that suited me. That could have just been luck, though. The bed was comfortable. The location on the edge of the cbd suited me very well. My room was at the rear of the property and was very quiet. I could still hear my neighbours in their bathroom at times. Really liked the communal kitchen, which seemed to be very clean.

When I reached behind the bed to plug in my charger, I noticed a big build-up of fluff and dust. Apart from that, the room seemed to be clean. Some reception staff completely ignored me as I walked past with no friendly greeting. Some of the tourist information on the pamphlet wall was out of date.

Very inflexible cafe/restaurant menu! We could not even order or buy a plain meal for an Autistic teenager😔Not beef sausages, plain toasted ham sandwich or even a plain pan fried chicken breast? 😔Very sad that chefs in a hotel kitchen that size cannot even have on hand the odd pack of beef sausages in the freezer or even plain ham & bread for a toasted sandwich for a special needs child? I hope they may think of this need in future. We could not even order any of these items, 4 hours prior to need & we were happy to pay for ‘in-room dining service’ Very disappointing😔

The breakfast was super nice and had lots of variety so not just westerner breakfast! The view from the hotel room was nice of the river and it was very clean and looked even better then the online pictures!

For some reason on the photos of my room it showed that there were windows on the front and the side of the room and when I arrived there were only windows on the front. Still lovely and worth it but they should definitely update that if the customers are not getting a room with 2 walls full of windows.

The room was so spacious!!! It had high ceilings and a huge window and view out over the city and the river despite us not even requesting or paying extra for a view ! The bed was so comfy and the aircon worked a treat :) The shower was amazing too with loads of space and an overhead rain shower and one wall mounted. Absolutely loved all the amenities, pool, gym, games room and multiple restaurants at the base of the hotel!! staff were so friendly and helped us with parking, could not recommend more !

Best things I liked : -Convenience of car park . Loved being able to connect easily to hotel. -Location of hotel- easy access to everything -Friendly and helpful staff in front desk and housekeeping too -Spacious Bathroom - loved the nice mirror , happy that they provided hairdryer, kettle and iron

-Bed could be firmer. -would have been good to have an international plug socket - wall picture next to bed was not nice and suggest to put something representative of Perth or something to match the nice hallway room decor

It was a very well planned out room with a very comfy bed. The pillows were soo comfy. It was very clean and comforting. The view was good and location was so handy. I am raising my 2 granddaughters after the sudden passing of my daughter and granddaughter during child birth. I was in need of some time out. Both my other daughters gifted me with a weekend stay it was bliss. Would I stay at the loft again? Absolutely. Praise to the cleaners they do a superb job.

The room was very spacious. Loved the couch. Most hotels only give a table and chair. The bathroom was very spacious and the facilities were excellent. Loved the view from the corner room we had. Bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower was so relaxing. This is the second time I've stayed at Aloft and I'm sure I'll be back soon.

There wasn't much I didn't like. Only thing I could be picky about was the pillows were a bit high as I like to use two but it wasn't even a problem.

Having spent hours one evening looking for a quiet, convenient, relaxing and quality place to stay at a reasonable price our daughter booked us a stay at aloft in Perth. From the moment we arrived to our reluctant checkout we were impressed by the complete experience. All the staff were attentative, courteous, helpful, friendly and always willing to provide assistance if needed. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and aesthetically restful. They also lacked the unpleasant fragrance we often find in hotel rooms. Being non smokers this was greatly appreciated. The meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, were well presented, pleasing to the palette, good choices in the menu, well prepared and sufficient for our needs. Overall our experience was such that we went back 2 weeks later for a 2 day stay and plan to do so again in the near future. We have only praise for all the management and staff at aloft and have no hesitation in strongly recommending it to others.

The fact that my stays couldn't have been longer.

Location to casino and optus stadium and modern furnished hotel for the price. Excellent shower products. Great food places surrounding hotel. Loved the games area with retro pinball machine and space invaders gaming that were free to use.

Had a room with 2 double beds. Both beds rolled around the room and was positioned too close to each other. Need rollar stoppers.
