Quality Inn & Suites Grand Prairie

Loved the beds Have messed up back and usually in so much pain when sleeping on hotel beds. I woke up feeling well rested and pain was surprisingly low. Also, my room was amazing. Even had dishwasher. First for everything. Another thing, I was allowed my standard poodle to stay. And for those smokers, they actually have smoking room. No having to go outside. Way more relaxing.

Stupidly busy parking lot. Was hard to find a parking spot, let alone one close to front door.

It had a great pool, waterside, hottub. It had a good breakfast buffet lots of variety and hot food as well as cold food options. Staff were polite and friendly and very accommodating. They greeted us in hallways and had a pleasant demanor. The room was nice we stayed in a king suite with a kitchenette. It was cozy and clean the king bed was comfortable. Had a fireplace and a pull out couch as well. Highly recommend. Also had good water pressure and temperature lotsbof hot water.

The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff was absolutely incredible. Each person we came across was friendly, helpful, and patient (I was there with my two young kids). Especially Rosa at breakfast! She was attentive, helpful, kind, and friendly! My kids loved the pool the most. The water slide was so much fun.

The bathroom was small and difficult to maneuver around but it didn’t impact our stay too much.

Breakfast was awesome - so many options. Our room was clean and very spacious. The pool and waterslide are perfect for younger kids.

Pillows are pretty bad to be honest. The rest of the hotel is fantastic... wish I could say the same for the pillow! Haha

Breakfast was very good. The location was excellent for us. The room was clean. All the staff were amazing.

The bedding was too small, and didn't want to stay tucked in. We could have used an extra blanket, too... something with some weight to it like the usual Hotel bedspread. The mattress was not completely flat, and definitely NOT a "bowling ball" mattress. The bedding was our ONLY difficulty with the place, though.

the location was great , the beds were comfortable and was quiet.

the TV didn’t work at the time we stayed. and because it was a holiday they could send up maintenance. but they did take 5 dollars off the rate.

Heated pool, full size fridge and oven.

Breakfast could start earlier. Lack of towels in the pool area.

room was great, breakfast had lots of variety, staff in breakfast room very friendly, cleaning personnel efficient and friendly.

Good hotel for the value, enjoyed the included breakfast, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Kids loved the pool and water slide. Would definitely recommend to others

The location and breakfast were great the staff was helpful and polite

The hot tub was broken and when I had called a few days before to book the pool I was told I was put on a list but when we arrived I was told that we were not on the list one spot available was at 9 am the next morning kinda threw a wrench in our plans
