The suite was huge, modern decor and very comfortable. I was in a wheel chair and could maneuver freely around the room.

It would have been nice to be able to access the room via the outdoor access but was unable to because of the snow.

The regular fridge/freezer. Mini-fridges are never big enough. I also appreciated being able to keep my ice packer my cooler frozen. I liked having the ability to prep food and that there was dish soap there. Thanks for a great place to come back to at night.

Would you consider installing removable shower heads? I find it so much easier to use, than the ones fixed to the wall. I wasn't a huge fan of the couch. A softer one would be nice. Could really use a bigger garbage can or even more than one. Oh and a steak knife or something to use to cut food.

The room felt cozy and home like a home than a hotel stay. Oh! The bath tub was a perfect size and depth to have a great relaxing soak after a long drive. I felt as though the location was great for what I needed,

I was not fond of the first floor smelling like wet dog, but it is a pet friendly building; so cant complain that much. ;) The cleaning staff felt a little behind when I arrive for my check in at 4pm, I was missing some bathroom items; toilet paper and towels. And the tub was being fixed while I was settling in as well. Not a huge issue, just inconvenienced my schedule.

property was clean, easily accessible, relatively quiet.

the thermostat seemed to be locked and I was able to only turn it on heat or AC. I am sure if I had asked staff about it, someone would have helped, however there is no front office phone to call down and no one is at the office in the later evenings. It would also be nice to have an extra blanket as an option. There were extra pillows in the closet but no extra bedding. Again, I’m sure if I had asked, I would have been provided one. (would have allowed me to keep the AC on and still be warm enough at night)

It was clean and modern.

It was very stark, like an apartment staged, very minimallly, for sale, which it is maybe? If they're going to commit to offering the space as hotel space, they need to add things like side table lights in the bedroom, or a mirror in the bedroom, or a hair dryer in the bathroom; things typical of room at this rate. The $250 damage deposit should be clear when booking is made. Again, perhaps expected of a longer term rental, but for one night seems a bit much.

Room was lovely and when I needed to borrow a hair dryer the front staff had one available. We also really appreciated the ability to check in one hour early so we could shower and change before a wedding.

The room was hot so we slept with the window open and the noise from the parking lot woke us up several times during the night, including a car alarm.

The property is in a great location! It’s a quick drive anywhere and it was nice and quiet during the evening. Also really enjoyed the fact that there was a stove top in the room and what we needed to make some food! The staff was friendly, the place was clean and the beds were comfy. Would stay here every time!

Clean, comfortable bed, appreciate the kitchen.

I believe that if I were on the second floor or higher I would be rating this property better because the room itself was very nice and clean. However, on the main floor I looked out to a parking lot, mud and a lot of garbage. It wasn’t very pleasant. I was also right next door to the staff room and I could hear their TV or computer going, so it wasn’t too quiet for that reason.

Separate rooms in suites would be awesome and the night front desk lady was hot as hell lol

very cute small, trendy and very clean space for a couple to stay. on the room description it said the room had a full bed with a sofa bed but there wasn’t a sofa bed. So luckily it was just my daughter and I that needed a bed for the night. this was the quietest room we stayed at in the 3 different places we’ve stayed in red deer.
