Courtyard by Marriott Hamilton

I like the tv and net, music, ok clean but when you get feet wet and step on carpets and go into bath room you make mud. Carpets are so dirty the walk from spa tub next to your bed to bathroom tracks mud. Free soaps, laundry soap, dryer sheets, nice coffee set up, bath salt, free pop corn. Good store and cheep enough prices, pool, hot tub, spa tubs, shower, gum, laundry, restaurant (not good food unless hipster), bar (ok) remember not the get non alcohol drink not labeled well, court yard off limits work, they are always fixing things.

Your food is bad hipster food and mild is hot so I ordered out, The food people 2 times could not get to or find location (1 time skip the dish's, 1 time uber eats). I like the Marriott across the street more for the free food but you have hot tubs so you win but they get a 10/10 and you get a 9/10 because your food will never live up to them and you have a star bucks. You were cheaper then them and I get a hot tub. Your court yard and name sake was under work, your laundry despite free soap nice touch, don't work that well. Dried clothing in room %50 hanging blow dryer. Location not good if you don't have a car.

The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly

We stayed a week and the pool and hot tub were so murky that nobody was using them. Very disappointing as I had intended to swim every day. On our last day the pool was “closed for maintenance”. The morning we left the pool and hot tub were in beautiful condition with crystal clear water finally, but much too late. I don’t know how hotels can advertise services that they don’t provide but still charge full price. Very disappointing.

I had the most amazing stay at the Courtyard Marriott last week. I was by myself as I stood in my cousins wedding this past weekend, and the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome! They answered all of my questions, and were able to accommodate all of my requests such as a super late checkout, extra toiletries, change for the washer and dryer etc. Every staff member I talked to was so kind, even pumping me up in an outfit I was unsure about wearing to the rehearsal dinner. The property was beautiful. If you get the chance, I highly recommend sitting out in the courtyard in the morning or evening! The fountain, fairy lights, and squirrels and bunnies hopping around make it feel magical! The room was so clean, and the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept on at any hotel. I loved that the tv had so many options. Regular tv, the option to rent a movie, and I was able to sign into all of my streaming services. I was also able to use the interest to do some work while I was there, and it was fast, and I had no issues whatsoever! Aside from my stay, we hosted my cousins bridal shower in the hall overlooking the courtyard and it was fabulous! The food was to die for, the prices were phenomenal and the service was great! I will definitely be staying here in the future!

Variety of food menu with flexible hours, reasonable prices & friendly staff. Thank you team & management for hospitality & warm welcome, foods, talks, many memories to take home Qatar 🇶🇦. it’s been pleasure to visit Hamilton & ancaster after 4 years

Staff was excellent..Ate at the bistro, food was excellent and our waiter Nick, went beyond his duty to make sure everything was to our satisfaction..Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. I usually bring my own pillow but didn't need to use it here. 👍

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were out of sevice..😕

Very clean comfortable room

Nothing really. Perhaps at check in it would have been appreciated to be asked if we wanted to use the credit card on file or another one. We wanted to pay be another credit card and it was so late when we checked in that we forgot to ask and that card was charged.

extremely accommodating! Michelle at front reception was very welcoming & friendly. I wish I could remember evening front desk lady ( she had lovely curly blonde hair) she was very helpful in getting my boarding passes printed.And morning & evening staff at Bistro were very nice too!

The staff were awesome. Helpful. Courteous. Beds excellent. Decor just right & clean. Parking super. Breakfast Cafe food was above average.

The taxi ordered by the front desk to take us to the airport was really dirty inside and had taped broken fenders...Blue Line? Disgusting. Not close to the image of the Courtyard! Only took it because of our flight time.

I liked that it was very quiet, even though the hotel was very full, it didn't feel like it was noisy. and the staff were super friendly and attentive.

It looks like some of the furniture in the hotel is older, and the common areas are starting to show age/ wear and tear. It's clean just looking a little worn.

We stayed here the night before our flight from Hamilton airport. Close location to the airport. Clean and spacious rooms and comfortable. Staff were friendly upon check in and check out.

Not the hotels fault, however some very loud people around 1am that woke us up with allowing their children to run up and down the hall. Some people need to remember not everyone at the hotel is there for the same reasons.
