We are gluten-free and it was nice to have options for breakfast that we could choose from. The people at the desk were very helpful. Our original room had a broken room-darkening shade; she not only got us another room immediately, she actually brought the new key to us, rather than have us go all the way back down to the desk. That’s service!

Google Maps actually brought us all the way around into the subdivision BEHIND the hotel … but there was no access to the facility from there. Perhaps there had been access from the rear at one time? That should be corrected, as there were a few other cars that seemed to be on the same route as us.

The breakfast - I understand it's Covid times but the breakfast sandwiches were frozen solid and did not reheat well. Everything is packaged anyway so I feel like we could help ourselves? With the proof of vaccination, I think there could be a better breakfast situation.

My entire family travelled And stayed for a wedding. This was one of the 3 hotel options provided by the hosts. Initially my booking was at another hotel however this location was more cost effective which initially was concerning. However upon arrival the set up of the room and the amenities were very impressive. The room was cleaner than many other places I’ve stayed, and overall for a 2 night stay we were very pleased. The location was great because there was a lot of options for food around. We were even able to go to the grocery store and get things to eat and store in the full sized fridge. Overall it was a great stay and I would return if needed.

I find some housekeepers miss key areas when cleaning the bathrooms that perhaps most guests don’t notice. But other than that I was pleased.

The suite was spacious, the bed was really comfortable and it had a large shower. The heating system was extremely quiet. This is one of the quietest hotels we have been in.

We got to the breakfast area about a half hour before it was supposed to close and there was no hot food available. There was no attendant and people were bagging up all other food items to take with them. Staff were not wearing their masks properly over their noses. No attendant at the breakfast location to monitor.

Room was very spacious and beds and pillows super comfortable. Linens fell of high quality. Staff was extremely friendly and quick to fix a few problems in the room ie broken toilet paper holder and empty shampoo.

Weird "fishy" smell coming from the kitchen sink. We think. Lack of signage on the street. Dirty cigarette butts on the "non-smoking" outdoor patio. Found the price incl. buffet breakfast too high for the quality of the food selection and the fact that we had to eat in takeaway containers/plastic utensils.

The room was very spacious and felt like it was newly furbished. There is a full kitchen, with all basic appliances/utensils needed. It is close to Albion Falls nature trails and some smaller waterfalls in the area. Easy to access from traveling in from Niagara. Great for free parking, as there is a big lot around the hotel. PS! They have a full pool and gym open till 11.00 pm.

The breakfast was very lackluster. All the food was preprocessed, so the options were very limited. Some tomatoes and ham would go along way.

Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Loved the room , it was so well designed.. the breakfast was great , tasty impressed a fussy 7 year old. Will definitely stay again.Staff were great and we had our early wakeup call went to the airport dropped off our traveller and returned to breakfast.

Getting in and out onto the highway especially during rush hour. The blinds didn't keep the lights out.

Unfortunately we did not participate in the breakfast. I really like the comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and size of room. I also like the friendliness of the reception desk staff. Often Connor has served us and he has always been friendly and helpful. It is also nice to stay in a hotel with lots of restaurants nearby and easy parking as well. Rooms are also very quiet which is great.

The only thing I miss in the room are disposable cups but all I do is grab a few coffee cups in the lobby.

The rooms were lovely, they had a great kitchenette with a stovetop and all the dishes we could need. The continental breakfast was delicious, and we were easily able to enjoy it back up in our room. Service was friendly from check-in to check-out. We were very happy. The price is great for what you get.

Beautiful building, beautiful suite, lovely staff. Other than a once in a while noise in the hallway, not much other noise. Pretty good internet!

We stayed for 6 days, they don’t “refresh” your room. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that nice that doesn’t do it. We had our pup with us, dog hair and puppy prints, etc. I couldn’t pack a vacuum and such even if I would have known.
