Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mississauga-Toronto Southwest, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast buffet had a lot of options to choose from. Cereals, boiled and fried eggs, bread toasts, pancakes, coffee, tea, yoghurts, juices, etc. I really like that I could just go pick my breakfast to my room and eat at a later time. As the timing was too early for me.

On our 1st day, the manager was rude and unfriendly, but later tried to make it up, but he had already created a lasting impression. Every other staff we came across or dealt with, were all very polite, friendly and helpful. It made our stay enjoyable. We had a memorable experience.

Good quality breakfast with plenty to eat. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfy bed and sofa. Nice and quiet area away from the city center. Free laundry was a plus!

Floor was occasionally covered in dirt and dust. Power socket next to the desk was not working.

I loved the breakfast bar. Pan cake machine is awesome. I felt safe dining in with covid restrictions, and I enjoyed having that available first thing in the morning.

I did not have hot water in the evenings. So I got up early and showered (with hot water) in the morning. At the end of my stay (five days), we talked about it, and the staff did a great job meeting me in the middle. The hotel GM even called me a few days later to apologize. I would gladly stay here again.

From Check in to Check out Great Experience! The staff were all very friendly! When we left to go for a walk we got asked how our room was.. which we thought was awesome as it shows they care! There is a lot of Restaurants and a couple stores nearby ( 8 min walk) and it’s a safe area. The hot breakfast in the morning was great as most hotels do not do this! Niki ( I believe that’s her name serving the hot breakfast ) Lovely lady! The room was very clean, the Bed and pillows were very comfy! Very Nice looking outside and at Night! We hope to be by this way again soon as we would love to come back! Great Job ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location off the highway. Cost was a little high.

very close to my daughter, . staff very helpful as I had a few problems & Harlan the manager apologized for everything & asked what he could do to make my stay more comfortable other staff & guests were also extremely friendly very clean, bed was comfortable

Hotel was close to freeway which was noisy but also handy.

The hotel was very full with people who did not wear masks. It is just that we are used to wearing them. There were no extra blankets and no extra pillows for the fold out bed. When I went to get an extra blanket I was only given a duvet cover.

The location by the Highway is perfect. The room was really nice and comfortable. No carpet in the room... it's so nice!!!

I don't know what was the happening but there was way too many security agent. At least 4 agents in the lobby.... A little bit intimidating....

We were in between moves. They allowed me to have my dog in my suite😁 I asked for the second floor and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic. Something different every day. The staff were great and the suite was clean. Would definitely recommend.

Even though we had a coffee maker in the room, I wish they left the coffee/tea station downstairs open later.

The pool was good Brekfast was worth it Bed was good

We were checked in a room that already had occupancy and opened the door to a couple staying there. So be careful ppl can come in to your room.
