Everything was very clean.

The way from our room to the bathroom was not separated from the common area on the 1st floor. Therefore, although there are only 2 rooms in the B&B it felt like lack of privacy. I would suggest to set up additional door to separate the 1st floor guest bathroom area from common area.

Beautiful modern accommodations, common room had TV, Keurig machine with lots of different flavors, a refrigerator and a microwave with a large windows for a garden view. We had a second floor room with a wonderful view also. High level bed, lots of room for two, pull out couch if needed, TV and modern bathroom with handheld or fixed showerhead. We had small size amenities to use, dental floss, makeup remover, cotton balls and swabs, mouthwash. He also told us we could ask if we needed something not there. Lighting was very nice, nice controlled temperature. Close to many vineyards and fruit stands, not far from the old town of Niagara-on-the Lake. Bob was very personable and we enjoyed our talks with him.

My 6' tall husband had a little trouble getting into the bed as it was high and the ceiling was low. We could have used more space on our night tables. Those are the only things I can think of, everything else was beyond my expectations.

A gem of a B&B. And pet friendly too.The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Nestled in the quaint village of Queenstown, there are plenty of places to walk, bike, and hike. Quiet and peaceful, you can take in many historic homes and churches if you stroll down any of the streets. Or visit the Brock monument park or the walkways along the Niagara River. A quick drive to Niagara falls, Fort George, or historic Niagara on the Lake. Plenty of vinyards and wineries to visit if so inclined. Immaculately kept, spacious, comfy rooms, with plenty of privacy. The hosts are excellent, attentive, friendly, and go out of their way to see all the guest needs are met and then some. The breakfasts were delicious. Being Gluten free was no problem for our host. Downstairs room has private entrance, spacious and is ideal for people with mobility issues. Highly recommend this B & B. Thanks Rob for a memorable stay.

Nothing to complain about and would give 6 out of 5 of allowed😁

Our host was extremely friendly and greeted us upon arrival. It was easy to park in the driveway and a very nice, relaxing location. Our host asked what time we would prefer breakfast and had it ready at that time providing delicious fresh food. The room was clean and stocked with anything we may have needed!

An extra lamp would have been nice for when we were getting ready, but that is no big deal!

Everything was fantastic. The host was attentive to every little detail. Beds were good and neighbourhood was quiet. Place was clean and the host makes fantastic breakfast. Only 2 rooms are tenanted so it's very quiet, and there's easy parking on the property.

You'll need a car to get there and it's a little in between Niagara on the Lake and the actual Falls itself, but otherwise it's perfect.

Really great value, especially if you're booking both rooms for a larger group. The small touches by the hosts were so nice. Very clean and close to major wineries by Uber. The breakfast was amazing! We continuously remarked at how lovely the space was, and felt welcomed.

We felt the beds could use more blankets, and the loft pillows were very hard. We felt like we were being rushed out after we had breakfast so they could prepare for the next guests, despite checkout being 11am.

The location is excellent whether you are visiting the Niagara falls or the beautiful surroundings. The host, Robert, is a very amicable, attentive and helpful person. The facilities are in a very good shape, everything is clean and you can feel like at home. Very good breakfast included in the price. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful property, historical but gorgeously renovated. It felt like staying at a beautiful hotel. The hosts provide many nice little touches, like free Laura Secord candies and vouchers for a free wine tasting. Breakfast was delicious. The location is so peaceful and beautiful, plus right next to the bike path for the Niagara Recreational Trail and close to wineries of NOTL. We loved our stay and were sad we only had one night in these beautiful surroundings.

Nothing!

The breakfast was AMAZING! Best bacon ever, and the host was so sweet. He made gluten free vegan waffles (for a different guest) and I could just tell she was so grateful and she said they were delicious! He was super accommodating and very kind, my partner and I will definitely be booking again if we visit Niagara On the Lake again!
