king suite it was too comfy.. and the bar downstairs, the bartender was quite welcoming

dont like they charge for parking from people who are staying... they have ample space and all empty but still charged parking. and the guy at check-in desk was so rude saying he has 300 checkouts lol there was not more than 10 cars on the hotel.

The hotel was bigger than I thought with lots of parking. The rooms were bigger than I expected & the hotel was quiet. I loved the location, just a short ride to all the main attractions. We were able to walk to restaurants and other shopping right in the area. The pool looked great but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it, maybe next time.

Even though Don Cherry restaurant closed at 11 we arrived at 9:55 and was told the kitchen was closed. If you’re going to be open till 11 you should be serving food until closer to that time. Either that or you should be staying open later especially since it was a Friday night. Mike and Angelos got our business instead. I had requested early check-in but we weren’t able to check in until 330. Kind of hampered our plans for the day.

Cleanliness/friendly staff and generally a very nice facility. The staff was very accommodating Larger room than anticipated. Would definitely return.

Busy with my nose in my phone, I entered my room to find my luggage et cetera gone and the bed was made. But this was only to discover that I had gotten off one floor too soon and went in with my card allowing me to into the room below my room. I notified the manager who stated this was impossible and and came up to my room checking my room key in my door. This worked fine and then we proceeded to the floor below. This time the key did not work but I did mention to him that I had left the bedroom light on in the bathroom light on because it was pitch black in the room. Perhaps a glip in the system when they program the key?? Aside from that it was an excellent day.

The lobby had a small kiosk for coffee, quick lunch and snacks. Very handy. Parking was convenient and not crowded but an extra charge as expected. A small patio area outside one of the buildings was an excellent place for our group to gather and visit before retiring. Pool and other facilities were clean and accessible. Lots of dining opportunities in the hotel. Great location.... across from the Outlet Mall for shopping, close to main streets to travel in or outside of Niagara. This hotel was also a pick up location for a wine tour... very convenient.

Asked for an early check-in and was confirmed by another staff member, but on arrival, the check-in person was abrupt and curt. Told us they don't do early check-in which not only was contrary to what I was told on the phone but also contrary to any of my many other experiences at hotels. Fortunately, we asked for the manager who was extremely helpful, friendly and could not do enough for our group. Thank you Scott. A suggestion..... put directions with the coffee maker so non-techy people like me know how to use it when there is not coffee pot!

The room was very spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave available which made it possible to warm up food. The lady at the Second Cup out front is a sweetheart! Thanking her for her warm good mornings and good conversation! The pool was a lot of fun and the boys had a great time. Kudos to your maintenance guy who quickly entertained the kids!

The pull out bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets had an awful smell - likely unchanged for some time. The front staff seemed busy talking to each other as opposed to properly greeting guests and letting them know about the bonuses i.e. the coupons included upon check in. I only learned about these once I was checking out.

Very comfortable to sleep and nice area also nice hotel attached to Don Cherry’s bar.

I have paid in full in cash for two hotel rooms but my I have deposited $600.00 ($300.00 for 2 hotel’s room.) I am told by the front desk clerk that $600.00 will return to my credit card. I have went to the bank to check and I do not see my money back of $600.00 yet. I am hoping to have my deposit money return to my credit card’s account thank you.

Was quite busy on arrival but we soon realised it was labour day (as Aussies we overlooked it 😊) for us, we were comfortable, the red line WeGo bus was directly opposite and runs every half hour but did not seem to be exactly on time, just have to try and gauge it.

The only thing I could say is that the room could do with a little freshening up and more scope to charge phones ie USB ports or power points next to bed but otherwise, we were warm and comfortable 😊

Check in/out process was friendly and efficient. The woman working at the front desk was so helpful and patient! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Pretty standard, but nothing fancy. Having 2 restaurants on site was convenient with lots of retail nearby. The outdoor pool area was a great addition and we enjoyed some sunny pool time with towels provided.

The rooms are great, but the hotel is a little dated. It has everything needed, but is starting to feel dated and worn down.

Everything was 95% great.

The sofa bed was pretty terrible and I don't like that we had to pay the $19.95 resort fee for things we didn't use. I think you should be able to opt out on using the amenities so you aren't charged the resort fee for them. I also think that parking should be included with the room. I think paying $20 for parking at the hotel you are staying in is ridiculous. Otherwise the stay was great.

Steve was great at check in. Very friendly, and when we encountered an issue with our room he was so prompt at correcting it. He was just as friendly at check out. Made it very enjoyable process. Rooms were clean, well maintained. Air conditioning was already on when we got there which was great considering we were in a heat wave. Bed was so comfy, room stayed dark for sleeping in. Water pressure was surprisingly good in the shower. All staff we came across were pleasant.

They could have enforced other guests wearing masks a little bit better. They had all the right signage about masks but there wasn’t much follow through.
