Hot tubs were great!

Lack of supplies. I wasn't expecting much since it is a hotel room, but a kettle, teaspoons and washable mugs would have been nice. There were paper cups in the room, which went pretty fast. There were tea bags, but we had to make tea using the coffee maker. The staff, however, were accommodating and brought more paper cups and a cork screw when asked. They missed cleaning the room one day, however.

Excellent location and set up for skiing at Mont Sainte Anne. Dinners in the dining room were delicious - really excellent food.

The included breakfast ( paid extra for this on the room rate), was only a coupon for a breakfast sandwich, coffee and a hash brown from the takeout counter. The buffet breakfast offered in the lobby/ dining room wasn’t included. That was disappointing. Not even an offer to use the coupon towards the buffet and pay a surcharge.

Needed to leave early due to Covid and get a partial refund and was totally unable to deal with booking.com because of no working relevant website access and no phone number! Fortunately individuals at the property were very helpful. I will never use booking.com again

the hotel is wonderful! the pools are great! excellent location!

the first day breakfast was buffet and it was excellent. the second we could choose what we wanted to eat but in the third we couldn't even repeat the cup of coffee! anyway, in my opinion, it is not worth buying breakfast in advance as we did.

Rooms were beautiful. Pool was excellent. Everything including the view was wonderful.

The hallways were dirty. Spilled food outside of rooms, lots of trash bags set out and not picked up left for well over 12 hrs.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Everything was very clean and very nice room. Minus the oven essentials, everything we needed was here. Great location for ski in and out. Beautiful view of the hill from our patio doors. Lovely touch on my birthday to leave a bottle of wine in the room. Really great touch. I will definitely be back.

They cap off the shower temperature at 38°C after a long ski day would be nice to have a hot shower not a warm shower. There should be a pan for the oven and oven mitts which I didn't find anywhere. The restaurant was not very good, not worth the price.

convenient for my schedule. easy to benefit from nature by walking to the mountain. large pools and spa with lots of seats or long chairs and side tables.

toilet not functioning at the spa but will soon be. beautiful and well thought set up.

A/C was broken in our initial room. We were moved to another room, but the cleanliness of the second room was not as good as our first room. Staff was very helpful, 10/10 for accomodating us throughout our stay.

A/C was broken, room was not as clean as I would have liked. Wine glasses were clean, but still wet and there was trash left in the bin.

Right at the bottom of the slopes. Easy in and out from the ski lockers. Freshly renovated. Nice covid adjustments offering special room service Valentine’s day menu. Friendly staff

Housekeeping didn’t come but it was fine. We weren’t staying long enough to need more of anything. Maybe it was also due to covid and I missed the sign. Not a big deal like I said

Penthouse suite 2 bdrm is very big that can accommodate for 10 persons for lunch, diner

There was a mistake but don't know who fault is. The booking is for penthouse but get into a room with 2 bedrooms. However, staff fixed this by giving extra for first night and move to the original penthouse the day after.
