N Hotel

Clean room, clean beds, clean and well equipped facilities (laundry room, free coffee in the cafeteria. Staff was super nice and helpful when I needed to use the laundry machine and had trouble with the quarters. Check-out was super simple, only having to drop off the key card at the entrance. Parking outside is free, and you get 20% off at the restaurant right across the parking owned by the same chain.

There was a fireworks show across the river from our room up until around 1AM, and the window blinds didn't completely block off the light. The windows also did not completely block the sound, so we had a bit of trouble falling asleep with the fireworks exploding and lighting up the room.

Pretty good hotel, nice personnel, free coffee and tea in the lobby. Even though it's located relatively far from the downtown, it took 10-15 to get to the most interesting places in the city.

The second bed in our room was "convertible" - it was unfolded from the wall. Which is in general pretty convenient as it saves a lot of space. But the mechanism of unfolding it wasn't secure - as soon as one starts pulling the top part, the entire bed just falls down without any insurance or stoppers, unless one holds it all the way down. And the bed is really heavy, I almost hurt my shoulder, but caught the bed on time. Be careful with those beds.

The staff were really friendly and helpful especially Mr Sylvain he is such a beautiful person ready to go above and beyond to make the guests feel special and so willing to do extra to meet their requests. Thank you Mr Sylvain you were the highlight of our stay 🤗 Room very comfortable and clean.

The room was cleaned every day and I had the view on Downtown Quebec city, which enhanced the positive experience. The hotel staff is very customer-oriented.

Bathroom was a bit small The restaurant under same name was very slow to A) acknowledged by wait staff was very slow, second morning took twenty minutes, first morning was about ten minutes after being sat at a table so third morning we went across street to different restaurant

Room was very clean, great water pressure in shower. 20% discount was great for breakfast at the restaurant next to the hotel. Easy to leave the car at the hotel free parking and use the city bus to get into Quebec City (where parking is difficult)! The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly!

The facility is modern and there place is less than10min drive from main attractions

One member of the staff unnecessary fiercely knocked at my door since my baby was calling the reception. The time and the intensity of the knock war unnecessary for a one time occurrence. He does need to be trained in customer service.

Room was good and with fresh linens. Though Hotel is little away from City, being near highway, it makes easy to make your way to City or towards Montmorency falls easy. Ample parking available. Many options to eat are nearby.

The place is very quiet and inexpensive

Breakfast is not included in the package and you have to walk some distance from the hotel to get the restaurant. It happened that during my stay it was raining in the morning

Loved the welcoming staff. & loved free coffee. & the little space in the lobby where you can sit, sip a cuppa coffee and get some work done. Room was very nice and clean.

I wish you offered free diet or sugar-free drinks also.
