Hotel Quality Suites

The room was very well designed. It had a lovely bedroom separate from the living room and kitchen. Pretty side view of the St Laurent river. Appreciated the fridge and microwave as well as the sitting area to eat. Enjoy the quietness of the hotel.

The only thing is the lighting was too dim in the bathroom in regards to doing your makeup 😊

We were completely pleased with our room, which was actually a suite with a separate bedroom and kitchen facilities. after a very long drive, it was so welcoming to have the space and comfort of this room. The breakfast was included and there were hot items available (not always in hotel breakfasts). it was a bonus that a good restaurant was right across the street for supper after we arrived and it was also a short walk to the Sainte Anne de Beaupre shrine.

it’s on a busy street but that also meant that a gas station was close when we were leaving in the morning.

Super clean,very nice people i been going to this hotel for over 30 years always been very sharp except on technology and included services

Equipement such as tv is super cheap i would have loved the card system to work better it would need a couple tech upgrade and maybe with the available land around consider having a pool&spas area at 200+ $ a night it would really make it better

It is a pretty convenient location - right between skiing spots and Quebec city. Room was spacious and a little kitchen is a saver in a Covid times. Staff was friendly, well, must admit the younger staff on weekends was much more pleasant to deal with, compared to other days manager. Nevertheless, we'd be happy to stay here again next time.

Smell in the rooms upon check-in. Some variety for breakfasts would be appreciated, however not sure if it's possible during Covid.

Clean beds and room. Though we didn't need a kitchen this time but having one is always good. Spacious when the bed in the wall is kept in the wall and you have a living room. Church nearby is a good place to visit.

The parking lot is dark at night. Long corridor with a big mirror by each door. The closet is in the middle of the room separating the living room, washroom area and the bedroom so we felt a little dizzy when going from one area to another.

It was quiet. The service was very good. Any questions I had were answered. Breakfast was fair, but a little more variety would have been nice. Overall, I’m a satisfied client.

I prefer a room without carpets.

We loved the spaciousness of the suite with a living room, dining table, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishes and utensils, a large bathroom and separate bedroom with TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Most of it looked newly renovated, and in fact, the carpeting must have been very recently installed because unfortunately, the baseboards in our suite had not been reinstalled, and the optics weren’t great. We did notice that in other suites we saw when the doors were opened due to cleaning, baseboards had been reinstalled. We had a great view of both the magnificent cathedral and the St. Laurent River. There was also a balcony, a nice feature. Although they did serve hot food in pre Covid times, during our stay they were set up differently. A server ( cheerful and competent) quickly asked about each item we would like and placed it on a tray for us which we then were required to bring back to eat in our room. It actually ran smoothly. One morning we were the only ones there, and the next morning there were several people ahead of us, but due to her efficiency, the line moved quickly. Items included orange juice, milk, coffee, cereals, yogurts, bagels, bread, cream cheese, peanut butter, jam,etc…..no fruit or pastries Some restaurants and fast food were very close by.

Our suite was still in need of baseboard installment after carpet installation. Maybe they could have mentioned that to us as a courtesy. After all, it was supposed to be a superior suite.

The food could be improved specially the artificial eggs and the quality of the sausages.

Pillows were too soft . The kitchen was not properly equipped. The toilet paper was placed in a very acqward place, had problem reaching it.

The staff is friendly and speaks English. The place is located strategically for our plans. The room is clean.

The knob for the airconditioning is missing. We can't adjust the temperature. Once the 2nd bed is down, it's quite hard to walk around the room.

Unexpectedly roomy accommodation- bedroom and living/ dining area.

To small fridge. Only 1 mug. I would rather have dripping coffee maker than the one was there ( we brought our own coffee). I would like cleaning staff to come at least once during our stay to clean the bathroom, empty garbage cans etc.
