Great location - in the middle of Charlottenburg, with food shopping right around the corner, a covid testing center next door, public transportation available all nearby. Good to have a garage, though, as I had rented a car. Liked the size of the room and the facilities - kitchen, fridge. It was all nicely clean, especially the bathroom.

The quality of wifi internet was very slow. Finally bought my own data card and that worked fine. Mind you - I needed good connection for zooming, etc.

Good apartments in the heart of west Berlin. Everything is close. Personnel in reception is qualified and speak in different languages. The room, bathroom and kitchen are large and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator. Regular cleaning of apartment. The underground car parking with a good price for Berlin of 10,- EUR per night. The railway is close, but noise is practically absent if to close balcony door and curtains.

At the entrance to the lower level of underground parking, you can hook the floor with the front of the car. You need to be careful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was struck by how incredibly spacious the room was. There was more than enough room for me and my travel companion to spread out and relax. Not only was the room spacious, but it was also impeccably clean. But perhaps the most impressive aspect of this apartment was its comfort. Overall, I recommend this hotel highly enough. The location is awesome, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping was spot on and daily. All the basic stuff you need for a family stay.

The only negative thing was the humidity. Especially if you cooked or bathed, the whole apartment was all misty, and all our clothes felt a bit sticky due to the extreme air humidity. The price was a bit steep, too.

Every thing which was part of Appartment. Rooms was very spacious. Whole apartment was carpeted. Good kitchen, good space for eating food. This apartment was one of the best apartment hotel i found in my entire life. Thank you Ms. Kristina for good hospitality for check in process.

Only some tine internet signals was not good. But you will get good support from reception.

It is located in a good area of Berlin, it is easy to move around the city. The room was comfortable and everything was clean. The receptionist was really easy going and recommended us a couple of places to visit, all based on her own experience. It was nice to talk to her. Also, one of us forgot a valuable object and when we called (we were already at the airport), they assured us to take care of it. We thought we wont get the object back anymore, but when we sent a transport compañy of our choice to pick it up, the receptionist gave it in hand to the carrier without problems, the object carefully packaged. All we want to say is thank you for the good service!

We were ok with everythink. Really recommended if you are visiting the city.

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable, spacious as well. My friends and I loved the location and the streets around. The staff was nice and helpful, they let us check in earlier and gave us an upgraded room. Thank you for that🙏

The only thing uncomfortable was that charging plug wasn’t accessible to my bed. I could only use my individual Wifi Password on one device at a time. And while having to work on my laptop I could not use internet on my phone.

The Aparthotel was perfect. It was located only a few meters from 2 metro lines which made getting around Berlin easy. A lot of superb restaurants are located in the vicinity. The price of the stay was great. Overall, it was one of the best stays we have been in away from home

Some minor water standing issue in bathroom after a bath

The location is great, everything you need is in the room, the staff is friendly and helpful, the room is very warm. Noise from the trains was minimal and did not bother us at all, so I don't understand the negative reviews about the noise - it's the normal city sounds.

The kitchen could have been a bit cleaner, kitchen table and chairs are tiny

The Staff was very cooperative. In the beginning, we faced internet issue, but owner resolved the problem immidiately. We requested additional fan, they provided us immidiately. During one month, we stayed there 2 times. In first visit, I left some of my documents. They saved it for me and delivered once we came next time. I would like to stay again there.
