Nice room, comfortable bed, good blinds to block out the sun. Breakfast was excellent with lots of healthy options. Located right next to subway station. Had a small gym but I could perform a pretty good workout within the limitations (weights go up to 10kg). They have a stationary bike, elliptical machine and treadmill. I trained in the gym twice and was the only person there which was nice. They also had a sauna which I used and was refreshing. Wifi was good, no issues there.

the breakfast was wonderful and the lobby was well done - quite trendy. it was good value and the staff were attentive

the sound proofing in the rooms leaves a lot to be desired and the bar closed quite early (11:00) on the weekend

At first we were taken back by no formal entrance onto the street but an alley way but it opened up into a cute courtyard and the hotel was absolutely a delight. The breakfast was fabulous and had a live person preparing eggs any style, pancakes or waffles if you so chose. The metro station is right across the street and 1/2 block up from the hotel and it was very convenient to get anywhere in Berlin we wanted to go once learning the lines and their destinations. Great find. It turns out this Spanish chain is well known with some 60+ hotels in the chain and mostly located in Spain but there are a few scattered about Europe outside of Spain and 6 of us close friends all loved the place , stay , breakfast and the location without exception.

Good location just next to the subway. Some shops& restaurants close by as well. The room was quiet, spacious and with good amenities, a comfortable bed as well. The breakfast was better than expected- lots of variety and an egg& pancake station, too. We really appreciated the fact that the breakfast was available until noon during the weekend!

The staff could have been a bit more attentive. We did not see too many smiles. The bar prices were really high, so you could at least hope the staff cleans up the tables efficiently( in and outdoors)

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in with the most comfortable pillows! I also loved all the little travel amenities that are eco friendly plastic free comb, they give you a vanity kit with cotton swabs and q-tips, even a shoe horn! I forgot my toothbrush and got a plastic free toothbrush and toothpaste from reception. Lovely hotel, new and cozy. I look forward to staying here again when I visit Berlin next time!

Room is small but everything else was great so it didn’t bother me at all.

Big room and everything I needed was there. Cute backyard, good facilities and great reception. Bar and restaurant and breakfast was all good. The waiter even made a cocktail after specifics from guests. After a later stay at another four stars hotel and spa, I actually missed this room. The room really does have a sense of being a four stars hotel room. Great experience! ✨ It helps that there is two metro stations close by that are well connected. ☕ Hot tip: Check out Coffee Lab right by Märkisches Museum metro for some good coffee during your stay.

I had scheduled cleaning w/reception to come certain days within given time slots but they were not consistent. They even woke me the day I had asked them not to come and indicated it by a sign. The cleaning also seemed a bit rushed since I found bed cover and pillows displaced on my clothing rack. It was clean after they had been there.

Good hotel and I had a lovely stay for 4 nights in Berlin. The beds are comfortable and breakfast in the morming was also fantastic. Staff were courteous and helpful - the hotel is across from the Ubahn and Sbahn is only a short walk away. Plenty of food options close by too.

The hotel could use some updates/maintenance. The shower cabin in my room was leaking water onto the floor and I could tell that a previous guest must have had much worse as there appeared to be water damage on the bathroom door. The lobby, while having very comfortable chairs it did not feel inviting for an evening drink or dinner.

We liked the hotel very much. It is conveniently located close to the city centre. It is next to the metro station and 10 minutes walk to the S-Bahn. The building has been nicely renovated. We liked the interior design of the hotel hall. Also, there is convenient parking place next to the hotel for €15/day - Am Köllnischen Park (just be aware you have to pay in cash in the kassenautomat with max €20 banknotes)

The shower door could be better designed

Love the design - the hotel is beautifully designed in an industrial style. Location is fantastic - close to two U/S Bahn lines and the BEST Doner shop in the city (Doner Box). Staff is helpful and friendly - and multilingual. The room was HUGE - by any standard - and the beds were super comfortable. The hotel - despite being on a main street, was super quiet - we faced a main street and you only knew it when you opened the window. AC worked well - yes it was that hot in Berlin! The bathroom was a good size and clean - water pressure was fine or better. Housekeeping did a great job in keeping things clean. There is an incredible "Hof" or courtyard with very comfortable chairs and lounger/sofas, that again, despite being on a main road is quiet and comfortable.

The hotel, while beautifully designed, is showing its age. There were a couple of cracks in our ceiling (no big deal), and the bathroom door looked like it was delaminating in the corner (again, no big deal), but the shower leaked significantly - and the bathmat, which was soaked and left in the shower stall wasn't replaced. For the record, I didn't complain - honestly forgot every time I walked by the front desk... I'm sure it would have been dealt with.

I received a free upgrade to a superior room which was pretty amazing. Very spacious room with a nice couch, a bathrobe and slippers, awesome shower and, best of all, it actually was *dark* and *quiet* with curtains closed and lights turned off. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a chef making eggs and pancakes, delicious spreads and champaign. Would highly recommend!

The location was convenient for my meeting (also literally next to a metro station exit) but otherwise was not in a particularly nice area. Other than that, no complaints!
