The room was stunning and the fixtures, fittings and furniture high quality. The bed was super comfy and probably the most comfortable bed we've slept on. The location is great - right in the thick of things in Kreuzberg with plenty of options to eat and drink locally and a short distance to public transport links for travelling around the city.

The breakfast options are too expensive for what you get. We went with a la carte because it made sense to just purchase an individual dish such as eggs with avocado. The buffet breakfast is actually quite small and limited, selection of breads, fruit, muesli etc but just felt very overpriced for what you get. This was the only downside for us as we preferred to check out other local haunts for breakfast/brunch, of which there are many.

À la carte breakfast till 14:00 is absolutely what I wanted, there is a small buffet as well, but it is mostly for bread, juice and it always had some grilled vegetables, which I enjoyed as well. But the items on the menu are just magnificent (except tofu scramble :-) )

When I called to ask for some ice one evening, I had to go pick it up myself, one would think a hotel like this would oblige and bring it up... Also, they decided to paint the walls on my floor, which on one hand I get - keeping it fresh, but maybe if the fresh coat of paint is planned, don't have guests on that floor?

The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the hotel itself is a lovely quiet oasis to enter after the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also in an interesting area with dozens of small restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The room was equipped with everything I needed, and the bed was large and comfortable with a proper duvet. The bathroom held a high standard and also a spacious shower area. The atmosphere is friendly and calm. The distance to the subways stations (2 nearby) is also a short legstretch, and it doesn't take long to get to a number of the major sightseeing spots.

Hard to think of anything really. Maybe a few more plants or a little more greenery in the small but cosy backyard.

I loved everything about this hotel - the location is really cool and nice to walk around, the staff are SO nice and professional (shoutout to Marcel at front desk who went the extra mile in making our stay seamless). The coffee and food were impeccable, and the room was well-designed, modern and comfortable. The beds, duvets and pillows especially were comfy which can be hard for Westerners to get in Berlin.

The room service knocking at 9am is a too early, so maybe try ask guests their preference.

The hotel is in a great location. You can get great food in the area, nightlife, music, shopping, tattoo shops, record shops. Parks and Public transit are close. Hotel experience was perfect. The checkin was very seamless. We arrived early, and were greeted with drinks in the lovely lounge. We were able to store our bags while we checked out the neighborhood. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the Suite Orania 86. If you are coming to Berlin for nightlife. It is the perfect place to reset. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. You can have AC or enjoy the open windows and free flowing air. The amenities were all sustainable and vegan friendly. The hotel also has live music on weekend evenings which is a nice experience.

Really nice welcome on arrival - friendly staff and a complimentary drink while we checked in. Felt like the hotel had been recently renovated (in a good way - it didn't smell of fresh paint or anything!) and the style was very well judged. The room was very comfortable, and while it wasn't the biggest bedroom it was an effective use of space - we didn't need anything bigger. It is an excellent location - Kreuzberg and Neukolln further south were exactly where we wanted to be for the bars, restaurants and some good running routes. We didn't try the breakfast as there are some great local cafes. The gym was great - quite small but had everything I needed and had it all to myself.

The room was spacious , breakfast was excellent -actually all meals at the hotel's restaurant were great...

I'm not a fan of the neighbourhood, but that's on me...also housekeeping would come over at weird hours... like 5PM...

Location is excellent. Rooms comfortable and relaxing. Everything is well planned and executed in this hotel, from the furniture in the rooms to the scent in the hallway.

I would have preferred a sauna to a gym. .. but perhaps that's just me :) Restaurant is quite meat focused, but there is plenty of good vegan food in the area.

The team at Orania was very friendly. Upon my arrival, I received a freshly brewed coffee while waiting for the receptionist to process my information. The hotel has a very nice design. The room's window front is exceptionally nice. Also noteworthy are the beautiful concerts that the hotel regularly hosts.

The rooms are a bit on the smaller side compared to other hotels in Berlin, especially considering the price range.

Wonderfull breakfasts with unlimited warm dishes ala carte. High quality interior design with a well delivered and unique oriental/hindu theme. Historic ambience of a heritage building located in the quirky Kreuzberg. Located close (400m) to the subway. High quality live music every night. Music is a very importat theme in Orania. Each night a small group of high grade musicians perform and it's always something great, not to be mistaken with the usual cheap singalongs one might encounter in various hotels. Very good restaurant, ideal for a fancy evening dinner - Try the duck!

Maybe one thing- please change the promo video looped in the elevator. It is truly horrible. Completely disconnected from the elegant and bit snobish ambience of Orania.
