ACHAT Hotel Frankenthal in der Pfalz

We needed a quick room as we were travelling around Europe so we never new where our next stop would be at any time. We looked up our next closest stop and found this hotel. It was absolutely brilliant, better than expected. Room was very spacious and bathroom was nice and clean too. There was a little kitchen and sink too which I did not expect . It was perfect because I had a 1 year old and I could just heat her milk on the hob. Staff was very friendly. They gave me a carton of milk when I asked on arrival. Lasted me the night and part of next day too. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. There’s a breakfast little restaurant down the road from hotel. Would definitely recommend as their pastries are soo tastie and omelette was amazing 🥰

Everything was spot on so nothing to complain about

The family room was quite a big one with a Kitchennette as well which we were not expecting as it helped with the morning tea and evening tea etc. The food was quite good on the breakfast menu and the staff at the restaurant were quite helpful!

The parking garage was a bit confusing at first and also some areas are not very well lit/clean (not expecting it to be sparkling shiny though) and also happy that there is parking available in the first place! The receptionist did not know much english and could not help much when i asked a few questions.

The staff were wonderful, especially Michael and Sara. The breakfast was great for a hotel buffet. The parking and location are convenient. The rooms are very nice. We'll be back.

The rooms are hard to cool down in the summer because there is no air conditioning and our refrigerator control was broken.

Was a pizzeria /restaurant attached to the hotel where we had a meal which was awful, might be a bit unfair on the hotel as they might not own it but it's part of the building

Super location. Clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful to us non german speakers. Most of them have trouble with English but they made it work.

The room was pretty clean and it had all what I needed.

The heating did not work properly. Parking situation was quite bad on the street and one needs to book extra from hotel.

we only stayed one night . very easy to find, close to the motorway.good parking. very clean comfortable room. very friendly staff. good choice of breakfast. pizza restaurant next door and a supermarket within walking distance. will be going back again in afew days times on our way back home .

Hotel should definitely hire new cleaning staff! And install air conditioner, ventilator is rubbish!

Everything just like last time everything was perfect. We will definitely stay again when passing though on the way to Holland & Croatia . Clean . Friendly. Comfortable.

That we only had time to stay night .

The hotel was really clean and breakfast had enough variety, i do recommend staying here ;)

I would say there should also be ceiling light available.
