Auto-Parkhotel

The staff was very kind and the breakfast was great! Cleaning ladies were regularly coming and changing towels, arranging sheets etc. The heating was good - you just always need to turn it on yourself. The location is cool - there's a train station nearby, supermarket and fast food places.

Nothing particular crosses my mind - the quality and price ration is excellent. It's not a fancy designed hotel, but is very cosy and clean which is very important. Maybe the only thing that can be changed are the pillows - they seem fluffy, but actually are not.

STAFF The best about this hotel is an exceptional hospitality! Helpful and competent staff makes you feel welcomed and valued. CLEANLINESS Everywhere it is squeaky clean. It is a great feeling to sleep in a fresh and crisp linen. LOCATION just 1 minute to the S-Bahn/Bus stop. Just 2 stops (7 min.?) from Altona station on the S-bahn. If you have a super heavy luggage better to use the bus/ taxi because Reeperbahn station has no functioning escalators nor elevators. The bus no. 111 brings you directly to anywhere in the Hafencity via Landungsbrücken. Although it's just 30 seconds to the Reeperbahn it was quiet at night. (our room was on the streetside) BREAKFAST Good selection of the breakfast. Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fruits, ham, cheeze, yogurt, juice, vegan options.

All good, i was fine with the size of the shower/WC but it could be too narrow for some people.

I loved the welcoming during my first night there. It made me feel at home immediately. Basically this Hotel and its team are VERY flexible as long as you communicate what you want or need. Hope to come back here at some point!

I'm totally nitpicking, but maybe another light source near the door? With my room only having its main light as an accent light in the windowframe, and a small table lamp, it felt that the closet next to the entrance of my room seemed unnecessarily dark. But this comment is just me being overly critical.

The hotel is very close to S-Bahn, the room was small but clean, wifi was working too. The bathroom is extremely small, there is just a toilet and shower, (so the sink and mirror is inside the room ) which was honestly not a problem for me, because it was clean

It is located so close to the „party street“ and lots of night/strip clubs so the area does not feel safe, especially if u are alone. The pillows could be more comfortable too

The staff is outstanding. Professional and kind. We needed a few things from them and they were very accommodating. The most helpful staff I have ever seen. The location was excellent. You can walk or use public transport quickly to all tourist locations.

The hotel is nearby the entertainment/bar district, so the noise level was higher than we normally like. But, the noise didn’t really bother us. We did not have trouble sleeping. I mention this for the review to say If you are sensitive to noise at night, you might think about your location choice

I was in Hamburg to see Reina del Cid playing at Nochtspeiler. I chose this hotel as it was close to the U Bahn station on Reeperbahn and Nochtspeiler on Bernhard-Nocht-Straße. The location was perfect and the staff very helpful telling me the shortest route to the venue. The room was clean and a reasonable size although the shower room was a bit small, ok for a short stay though. The bed was very comfortable. It is the party area of Hamburg so external noise was expected, but the double glazing was amazing, as soon as I closed the window I couldn't hear a thing and had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good and included in the room price so compared to other hotels in the area, this hotel is a real bargain.

I would have liked a little more room in the WC/shower room, but for a short stay I didn't find it a problem.

the staff were very pleasant and helpful and readily agreed to us leaving our luggage (including bikes) until the following afternoon which solved a difficult problem for us in allowing us to return by train to a previous hotel to collect our car. the staff were also very helpful in providing information about Hamburg. The breakfast was one of the best we had in our 3 week spell in Germany.

Hotel is centrally located near Reeperbahn. Also close to underground (U-bahn) station Reeperbahn. Rooms have all you need, though bathroom with toilet is small. It can be noisy in the area, but with windows closed it is all quiet. Parking space at the back (you can't make reservations) very convenient. Pricewise very good hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast good. Very good Wifi.

The staff was really helpful in every aspect especially to meet my requirements on race day and have an early breakfast. Location was good to since it was just few metres away from underground station and also next to street full of restaurants of different styles.

Not all the staff knew to speak in English. No telephone to communicate with the receptionist.

Good location on the outskirts of the St. Pauli neigbourhood, within easy walking distance of the Hamburger DOM fairground, Elbpark and the harbour waterfront. Rooms were clean and reasonably up-to-date. The breakfast was good and well-worth the money. There are some free parking spots in the back, but if you arrive late you may instead have to pay for a spot in the adjacent parking facility, and brave the narrow, 4 story serpentine ramp to reach it. A word of advice: If you are prudish or traveling with inquisitive kids, you may want to steer clear of the Reeperbahn road, especially in the evening, due to the explicit nature of some of its offerings.
