hotel has good location and quite comfortable rooms

breakfast could be better. there are no fresh fruits available

The location is brilliant, you can walk to the harbour, the centre and the artsy areas really easily. It’s right next to the Ubarn for transport links. For Reeperbahn festival it was the perfect distance - super close but not too close that it’s a disturbance. Most importantly though, the rooms were clean and the staff were all really friendly/helpful and spoke excellent English.

The sink drain was a little smelly in the en-suite but popping the plug down solved that. There was a lot of construction happening in the area but it was during the daytime only so not bothersome.

The staff were amazingly friendly. A slight mix up with our room at the beginning ended up with our daughter having a new surrogate uncle on the maintenance team and everyone was really helpful and accommodating.

The room was small for 3 people plus a dog, but for 2 nights not a big deal. The room was not cheap but for the Hamburg total perspective the value for money was OK, especially for such a central location.

The location is amazing, walking distance from all the theaters and the port, also only 20 min walking from Rathaus, this area can be a bit overwhelming but in the hotel everything was calmed and one couldn’t hear the noise of the area. Breakfast was amazing as well!

The bathroom was a bit weird, with no locks, everything is made out of plastic so it feels like an airplane bathroom in a way

Comfortable bed, housekeepign was good, breakfast buffet was adequate and proximity from the hotel to the town, restaurants, exhibition centre etc. makes it a good place to be at.

I stay in a lot of hotels, the thing that I miss when I stay in Germany is the warmth, smile & overall kindness from the staff who are providing us with service. Overall change in this would make a huge impact on the service expecations and preception of the overall guest experience.

Good location. many restaurants are grocery stores within walking distance. Friendly staff.

but not recommend for family near to red street, blankets were yellowish, no cattle for hot water, hotel food not worth for money

location is near the subway and party area but off just a block so it’s not noisy at night. love the parking garage that is very convenient

the wifi worked perfectly which was great for me as I didn't have data in Germany. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I wished there was a kettle in the room with tea and coffee, but other than that I had nothing to be disappointed in.

Location, parking on site, friendly staff. Room was dated but clean and the bed comfortable. it's great for a one night stay.

The price is purely based on location as the hotel itself is pretty basic.
