They offer an airport shuttle that picks up directly in front of the hotel. The hours are a little unique because they only run during the early morning and late evening so if you have a late morning or afternoon flight, you might not be able to use the shuttle, but check that before you stay! We also parked our vehicle at the airport and paid extra for that, but it was so worth it. Be sure though to reserve that ahead of your stay because spots are limited.

The location is a little tricky because it's tucked in among other buildings (industrial area) so we had to do an extra loop around the block, but it was easy after that. Also, the driveway is very small so it's best to park on the side street and walk to check in. If you don't pay to park on the property, you'll have to park on the street. Not sure if you have to pay or not for street parking.

Super clean and a lidl is just across the street.

The airport bus doesn't operate in the afternoons. We hung around the airport for a few hours.

My family stayed over night during layover for the next flight. Customer service is great. All staff are friendly and go beyond and above to help. Hotel is 15-minute drive from the airport located in a very quiet area near airport. But you don’t hear planes, which guarantees good sleep. We used transfer services provided by the hotel. Our room was just enough size to ensure room for moving around beds. Hotel provides buffet breakfast for an extra charge of 15 euros per adult, no lunch service, dinner service is a la carte. Lots of places to dine in around. We booked last minute and we’re very satisfied with the stay!

Breakfast is a bit pricy.

Nice and clean room with a comfortable bed and fluffy comfy pillows. Very spacious bathroom. A Wifi that worked properly. Possibility to have a smaller breakfast before the breakfast buffet opening hours. Quite a few choices of different meals on the bar menu. Parking in the garage under the hotel was convenient. Noise reduction from the outside was excellent.

The wall mount water closet was hung a little bit high in my opinion, and after all I'm 185 cm tall. Never understood how to turn the bathroom towel dryer on, if it was at all possible. Noise reduction from the inside, such as neighboring rooms or the corridor, was not that great. Missed a gym and shuttle service to the airport during daytime.

Room was very nice, lovely hot shower with good water pressure and nice towels. Super breakfast, if you like to start your day with a big breakfast it is well worth it. I appreciated that there were lots of healthy choices. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful - thank you!

WiFi information should automatically be given upon check in to save having to ask for it. Shuttle bus schedule is inconvenient. I also feel the 4 euro fee for the return trip is petty and unessary. This is a simple service that should be included and can be a big draw to attract people. The shuttle bus situation will have me exploring other hotel options on my next visit.

Clean with good facilities.

I would have given a higher score, however the shuttle bus was 45 minutes late, no apology or explanation given when asked, in fact insinuated that it was most likely my fault. The wifi in the rooms was not working, only in the lobby. Difficult when one has a lot to work on and the shuttle was so late arrived at 2230 and had to arise at 0230 to complete the wifi work before catching the first shuttle at 0505. The night manager made up for the lack of politeness of the previous evening's staff, so I do thank him.

The airport seemed to be much further away than I expected. Since my flight arrived after 11 A.M. and before 6:30 P.M. I had to find my own way to the hotel. The 4 Euro shuttle ride back to the airport worked out well. There was a very good selection for breakfast but even though the breakfast began at 6 A.M. and I was there by 6:10 A.M. the sausages and scrambled eggs were barely warm.

When I took a shower, the temperature of the water fluctuated while I showered. I imagine that the purpose of having a 2 door vestibule was to guarantee a quieter stay which it did accomplish. But the closeness of the 2 doors made for several awkward moments in navigating with my luggage.

there was no late night food or snack, I understand it might not be a usual time for people in Frankfort to eat after midnight , however being an hotel nearby the Airport most of the visitors are coming from long travel on a transit and they do eat according to their time zone, so a snack facility after midnight would be a great option to have

We liked the staff who was very helpful and courteous throughout. The room was fairly small, but very clean and quiet. The location is very close to the airport and we were able to take a walk to the nearby town for a nice dinner.

The shuttle itself was on time, etc. but the shuttle driver was very unpleasant. To be specific: He did not follow the traffic rules like stopping when the flow of traffic was obstructed on his side of the road and then yelled 'Scheisskerl' etc. at the other driver. Similarly, he stopped in a non-stop area at the airport and then verbally assaulted the person directing the traffic, loudly and vulgarly.

A perfect option when your plane arrives in the morning or evening! Shuttle bus operates in strict accordance with the schedule (will be sent in a confirmation letter once your reservation is made). Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and cozy. Oh yeah, the breakfast starts at 6 am and it is REALLY ample and tasty :))) Can recommend this place to the travelers!
