Straightforward service at the desk, welcoming staff, pleasing facade at the desk, who doesnt like Aldi just a stone throw away...

Would have been better if coffee facility is in the room. At least some basic utensils are ready for use in rooms with kitchenette. I heard some hotels offer bus tickets to their customer, i wasnt offered something like that. And also would be beneficial if they give customers idea how they can get around the place, and places to go.

The room was big, clean and smell good. The receptionist really helpful, the place for children also good when the parents had breakfast. We love also the property, everything really good!

The breakfast not many choices. The parking outside (not the one under) is always full. But not bad. We still enjoying everyday!

The breakfast was amazing and the staff really friendly. They have a good covid-concept for breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and beautiful. I loved the big bed and tall windows.

My room was cold and I couldn't figure out where to turn up the heat. Also, the location was perfect for my work but not good for a city trip to Konstanz. However, there is a bus station close and you get to ride the bus for free.

Very clean and cozy. The breakfast was good with plenty of food to choose from. The location is ok if you don’t mind walking 20 min by foot to reach the major attraction, but also gives you the oportunity to walk along the river banks and enjoy the local atmosphere. Right across the hotel there is an Aldi supermarket and also a restaurant.

Spacious room for the family of 4, Two TVs in each in living room and in Bedroom. Sofa bed is also spacious for the kids. Good Breakfast with almost all in the table. Well maintained breakfast dinning area !!

Only one low Chair to sit for 2 adults , because the sofa is already converted to Bed. Towels were very old. Corridor smells dusty.

We had a beautiful and large family room, great if you need some privacy from your kids. The breakfast buffet was quite good and they went out of their way to make it safe covidwise. It wasn't too far from the train station (10 minute walk) which gets you into Konstanz really quickly.

The only downside is that it is outside of the city and the view out of our window was a parking lot and Aldi.

Modern, spacious, comfortable place. The room was also spacious, well furnished and nice. There was a separate section of the room for our child. The place is very suitable for families with children. The breakfast was delicious and very good. Nice staff. Good location.

Good location, though not at the lake.

+ Nice staff and clean hotel. A bus stop is very close, it will take you to the city wihin 10 min. They give us day ticket to use public transportation. Parking basement is narrow for that only 50 cent per hour.

- Mentioned in the booking as a family, got 2 rooms in diffrent floors - Breakfast is with timing, came at 8am and the queue was long. I‘m not so sure what was the reason for the timing. Traffic at the buffet was crowded.

Stayed in family room, which was spacious. Breakfast was decent. Bus stop was nearby the hotel.

Bathroom was small. There are very limited restaurants near by and you have to travel to the old town area for good restaurants. Only one staff member who could speak English.

The location is good, you are an easy walk far from the lake and some other nice places (plus a Burger King is just right next to the hotel :) ). The staff was kind and helpful at all times. The rooms and the common areas are looking nice! I have to highlight that we left something in the hotel, and the staff returned it without any issues. It is much appreciated!

The WIFI was kind of slow in the room.
