B&B Hotel Mainz-Hbf

The stay was great. Although the hotel is located very close to the train station, the noise insulation is excellent and so there was no disturbance. One can't also hear anything from other rooms or the halls. Although the room and the bathroom are quite small, the space is very practically organized. The furniture and equipment are new and modern. The breakfast was very good with enough choice and regularly refilled. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Relatively quiet area and conveniently located near the main train station. Breakfast was decent and nothing special. One of the best things about this hotel is that friendly staff who spoke decent English. WiFi in the room worked well and pretty easy to connect to. I did not park at the hotel but saw that there were parking spaces available for guests. I like this chain of hotels so much that I will be staying in another BB hotel in a different city in Germany.

Room was somewhat small. Most TV channels were in German. The toilet didn't flush well. I had to flush the toilet several times. These are minor complaints and will not stop me from returning.

Good location with free parking and a rare bunk room

Small picky things that would make a big impact. 1) only trash was in the bathroom. Very annoying. 2) only one of us had a charger by our bed. Installing USB ports/light switches combinations would be a tremendous boost to the function of the room with low cost overall.

Simple and safe, everything you need is there. You don't have to have a key (lock number instead) nor a checkout. Very easy. Nothing luxurious but enough to get relaxed.

The location is a bit tricky to get to from the city/Hauptbahnhof. It's on the other side of the main part of the city across the rails, and around the hotel there's no possibility to go out to eat or shop.

This hotel chain has worked very hard at reducing the size of a room to a minimum and they've done a good job of it. If you are traveling light or on a budget this place works. Too often these minimalist hotels shrink the bathroom to an absurdity but the shower here was great and I had plenty of space.

The desk/table works nicely when needed but becomes an obstacle in a darkened room and you don't want to wake your partner by turning on the light.

location is good, clean, comfortable, has its parking. its worth its value

I arrived at like 14.30 and because check in time was 15. they didnt give the key. I dont care but its a little bit bizarre. I work in tourism and stayed in lots of hotels. If the room is ready, its normal to give a little bit earlier

The room is nice and small, but modern. It has everything you need. I can recommend this hotel for a few nights. It's close to the main station and therefore near the city center.

We rode there by bikes. So it would have been nice to store the bikes inside the building somewhere instead of outside.

A Centrally located budget hotel that is close to the Hauptbahnhof , with more than enough services within the room for the price .

Cleanliness , specifically underneath the beds could be better . The walls here thinner meaning that you can sometimes hear from the rooms next to you .

lovely front desk, good size rooms and comfortable. good value for money and clean. located right next to train line and close to centre of city but hear no noises it was nice and quite.

The lift was broken only just broke before we got there lucky we where only on 3rd floor.

The bedroom in general was comfy, no noise, very clean, and with good views from the 5th floor. Staff was nice as well.

They don’t have fridge on the room and no chairs, it’s not really a work-friendly environment, after working 4 straight hours the back starts hurting.
