The breakfast was really nice except no English breakfast tea... Loads of tea but no English breakfast....... Clean.... Most staff... Very helpful..... Near to the town.. OH BOOKING. COM, I've sent you a message via email and no one has responded... You took my £20 credit off my. Account... Not happy about this..... I want it back...

Location....... My. Sat nav.. Took me to a. Main road which u cudnt access via foot....... This was going out of the bac of the train station..... Coming out the front.... Didn't point me. To go under a subway.... It took over an hour or more to get to hotel on foot.... Going round the back of the station..

Breakfast good, room very clean. Perfect for a one night stopover, not far from station but see comment below. Quirky decor.

Clear instructions on how to walk from the railway station to the hotel would have been very useful. We exited the railway station on the same side as the hotel but then found it difficult to walk straight there. What we later discovered was that we should have exited the station on the opposite side to the hotel, turned left, walked under an underpass and then turned right for the hotel, less than 10 minutes walk. Had we known this in advance it would have saved us going the wrong way.

Very comfortable room, with a modern flair, very clean. Good location, close to the main train station and the city center. Nice lobby with simple snacks and drinks options, as well as a kicker game. Good quality/price ratio.

No possibility for early check-in led to a pretty long waiting time at the check-in at 15:00. Bread was still frozen at breakfast time. Juice a little weak, too diluted. Breakfast registration at the reception desk is not optimal when busy. There could be a couple more hooks or other possibilities to hang the towels in the bath room, especially when the establishment sets a high priority on the environment.

really nice hotel , clean and all is new that is really good , closed to railway station from one side ( ~ 700 m) but in very good place without any noise Bar is really good with huge chose of drinks but what is really outstanding it's quality of coffee! I am coffer lver and need to say that don't remember the hotel ( even 5 stars ) where I drink so good coffee Real advantage is sauna in 3 star hotel we used it after cold day . actually highly recommend

some confuse there is micro in the room but nothing from plates , forks , knifes :-) , glasses so why do we need it ? this point actually is one big disadvantage that I need to mention But incredible tea that ou can drink ( ask ) in bar - free of charge :-)

We were impressed by the friendly and helpful service provided by Sarah at the reception. She is one of the most solar people we have met at a reception, we were pleased by her friendliness and impressed by her work ethic. She finally got me a good, strong-enough Cappuccino in Germany. The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to the train station and good restaurants at a walking distance. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast buffet, but overall my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Mainz.

I would have appreciated more room service and clean towels during my stay. The TV was not working properly either. As it was not super important to us, we didn't address it to the staff, who might have helped us out in case.

Hotel was a lot more than I expected for the price I paid when booking. This was the first time staying in a Nui hotel, but it won't be the last. I liked the idea of the free drink if you pass on having your room cleaned. Even though the hotel chain appeals to the younger elements of society, I didn't feel out of place as a pensioner in the hotel.

Walking directions would have helped us, as this hotel has really only one walking route you can safely use. Directions from google maps assume you are driving and their preferred walking route suggests you take a dual carriageway where pedestrians are banned. The safe route is the alternate walking route Google proposes via Bahnhofplatz. Please note The hotel is away from the town centre and there are no restauarants or bars around the hotel. The area around the hotel is still being developed, so you can expect some construction work still on the access road to front of the hotel.

I've requested a cot through Booking but the property didn't receive the request. Once I've checked in I've asked for it, however when I've arrived to the room in the evening the bed wasn't there yet and I had to ask again (and finally it arrived, so at the end the issue was solved). it would be nice if requests made through the Booking website were taken into consideration and fulfilled in time, thanks.

The room was clean, good size, modern.

Bar and night reception staff were so tough and unfriendly that it made us feel uncomfortable. Bartender even threw a promotion leaflet in a rude way on the table we were seating instead of placing it on. It does not provide an Electric kettle as so many hotels do, so that you can make a cup of tea on arrival or when you get up.

this hotel is brilliant. Even better, we got it for a great price that included breakfast, which was really good. The receptionists were super helpful and even though me and my brother got in late, they had no problem opening up the bar for a beer. Check in and check out was straight forwards as well. The room was a good size and the beds comfortable. Good shower and bathroom facilities. The hotel also has a very secure cycle storage room that was free to use. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is close to the train station but it is a little tricky to find. There's nothing that can be done about this though and it doesn't detract from a really good hotel.

The room was very comfort and quiet so we could have a pleasant stay at this hotel. It provides us clean and new facilities, and one can also have very nice German style breakfast. It is located at a walkable distance from Mainz Hbf.

Although the hotel provides nice facilities and is quite close from Mainz Hbf, one should walk to the opposite direction to the city center in order to reach the hotel. So if one wants to stay at a place convenient to access the city center, then it would be better to choose another place.
