Bold Hotel München Zentrum

I loved the overall vibe of the hotel - the design and decoration, the cozy reception, the super friendly staff. The room itself was exactly like it was advertised, industrial-based and stylish. I appreciated a lot that my room was on the top floor as requested and the view from the balcony was amazing. Every day, I enjoyed breakfast while gazing at the beautiful buildings nearby.

Once you leave the reception it feels more like a renovated apartment complex than an actual hotel. This is not necessarily a bad thing, just my personal impression of the space. Temperature-wise the room was quite cold for my taste. There was a significant gap between the the door and the floor, allowing both cold air and noise to enter the room. Also, the pillows were too soft so I had to fold them in order to form an adequate pillow.

It was a great hotel, very clean, comfortable, large rooms and I loved that each room has a balcony. The staff was friendly and you could get free coffee in the lobby. The beds are also very comfy. Overall I would definitely stay again.

There isn't a coffee machine in the rooms even though they have small hot plates and a tiny kitchenette. Yes you can get a coffee for free in the lobby but I just prefer being able to make one in my room, even if it's instant. We were there for oktoberfest and the room rate was CRAZY compared to the usual rate. I do understand why this is the case of course, but the increased rate for Oktoberfest I would never usually pay for this hotel. However, it was a block away from the Oktoberfest and it is a very nice hotel, so I can't complain too much. This is just what happens when you travel specifically for the biggest festival in the world.

The location is great and it's really easy to move around, as the metro station is right in front of the hotel. The room was nice and clean, and it had a really nice balcony. We asked for a crib - the hotel provided it before our arrival, and even included some small toys, which was a really nice touch.

The room didn't have a fridge, or a kettle. I probably missed this information when booking the room, but I actually would have really liked to have a fridge in the room.

The location is very convinient. The u-bahn station is at the front. The staffs were nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Laundry was a plus. You still need coins to use the washer and dryer, but it's definitely cheaper than the usual hotel laundry service

The showering area can be tricky to use and the shower door does not prevent water from spilling onto the floor. The lack of AC can be uncomfortable for many people, especially during extremely hot days. Our room was on the ground floor and in the corner, so we were lucky to get a cool area.

Brilliant location, two / three stops from central Munich on the U Bahn and easy to get to from the airport. Quite literally right outside Poccistraße station which as a female solo traveller was great in feeling safe when getting back in the evening. Room was clean and modern and the breakfast options were great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing to complain about at all. However if you do ever upgrade your TVs, a Netflix/YouTube option would be amazing even if it’s just through a Fire Stick or similar!

The underground U-Bahn is right outside the hotel - 2 stops to Marienplatz. There are also plenty of nice bakeries supermarkets bars restaurants and one of the best traditional brew houses brauhaus Paulaner within walking distance (great food and beer). The hotel has a Cafe serving breakfast and a leafy garden with tables where you can eat it. We had a booking 2 years ago and when covid messed up plans the hotel was really nice and allowed me to push the booking forward 6 months at a time. We finally were able to visit 2 years later. We were really grateful they were so flexible and we really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are lovely but we would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. If you are a large person you might struggle with the shower as it's quite small.

Some of the guests were quite loud lasting until 2:30 am. With the heat I had the windows and doors open to the balcony. I'm sure future guests would appreciate you thinking about the issue of noise. Thanks again for a great property. Super clean property, comfortable, great location. Your staff was wonderful too by the way.

It is quite unique among the hotels I've stayed in. We didn't expect that there would be a semi-kitchen included plus utensils. The balcony was a cute addition too.

The IT system was down so we couldn't get a key card. We have to take turns for the staff member to manually open the doors for us. Since this was after Christmas, imagine just one staff member for everyone so we had to wait in the lobby for quite some time. The staff member was very accommodating and nice but the management could have handled it better by making sure there were enough staff members to run the place.

The inner courtyard was lovely and the staff were super friendly and helpful. One washer in the main building for laundry only so plan accordingly. Easy cab ride to main Munich attractions and the ubahn station is literally at the door.

Breakfast was scant compared to that which other hotels provide but there are two bakeries close by and a lovely Italian restaurant nearby.

Clean, spacious rooms. Great location, u-bahn is right in front of the hotel. Many shops, supermarkets are within walking distance. Friendly staff. I even extended my stay

The wifi was slow and it was an open network so I didn't want to do some of my work on a open wifi
