all staff very polite, helpful and friendly. very nice room, very clean, small kitchen with all facilities. very secure using room card to open outside doors and use the lift. good choice of food at breakfast which was constantly replenished by staff who were very friendly and helpful. great location, bust stop outside property and train station 3-4 min walk away. 2 supermarkets, a bakery and a drug store underneath the hotel. would definitely choose hotel to stay at again.

had to ask for room to be cleaned on second day but after that it was cleaned daily , it certainly wouldn’t put me off staying at hotel again

Clean rooms, a very filling German breakfast (cold cuts, fruits, croissants, milk, coffee, bread, cereal etc), extremely friendly and helpful front desk and breakfast staff, noon checkout, fully equipped kitchen, amazing shower strength and coverage, everything was as it should be. The hospitality was amazing! This was one of the best stays we've had.

Not possible to sleep in: The housekeeping crew was very disgruntled all the time. We were jetlagged and wanted to sleep in but wanted our beds made and dishes done in the afternoon. This made the lady very unhappy and she kept knocking on our door every few minutes asking if we wanted housekeeping now. Since we weren't getting any sleep anyway and wanted the dishes done for sure, we finally gave in and got out of the room as early as we could. If you don't want to do afternoon service, better not to give guests the option.

The size of the hotel room was great. Breakfast done each morning was very delicious. The location of the hotel is good and access to everything you need

The reception staff is suppose to advise what you can do around in Munich, there should also be a suggestion list on arrival in your room. I feel we could have done a lot more, if we knew our surroundings. They also did not advise that coffee and water can be taken free from machine during your stay. The room was not clean each day, we come on holiday not to clean

Impeccable standards that one has come to associate with Marriott - extended here too. We were on our family holiday and the staff (Weronika & Co., incl. Mary and a certain gentleman who welcomed us at the time of check in) were super helpful. The rooms (that come with an elaborate kitchen) were extremely well appointed, catering to every need of ours. The breakfast was among the best we had on this European tour. Most importantly, the facility also had a good self-help laundry room. Grateful to the Marriott crew for the wonderful experience!

- The lobby was missing a shoe cleaning machine. - A steam iron box instead of a dry iron box in the rooms would be a good change.

new, modern, in the same building as supermarkets, underground carpark (€20/day), free breakfast, beds are comfortable, hot shower with good water pressure.

room was dusty, sofa bed is uncomfortable but at our request, they added a mattress which made it slightly better. room is smaller than expected. parking is expensive. breakfast can be more varied for the benefit of longer-stay guests.

Feels high end hotel room with kitchenette which is super helpful for family with kids. Rooms are good size too. We had the family room which is spacious. Can do laundry too which is handy. Cleaning service everyday. Good selection of breakfast. Staff are helpful. Large Supermarkets around the corner - 2 mins walk. Train station is 500m away. Feels like a safe area.

very nice and helpful staff, room size and kitchenette good (we stayed a week), gym good for small workouts, a washing machine and a dryer in the house, room rate was accordingly though, yet they were very, very helpful and accommodating when we prolonged our stay

wet floor cleaning made the floors very slippery and signs where missing (once) we nearly fell

A large room equipped with everything you need. Cleanliness was in sight. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is friendly and supportive. Convenient parking. The hotel is located close to public transport.

When the parking fee is added to the room price, the hotel moves into a higher price category where there are other and better value for money offers. (For those traveling by public transport this will not be a problem)

it’s a new and modern building. our apartment was clean, nicely decorated and we enjoyed our stay very much. there is a paid garage where you can park your car easily. breakfast was nice as well. you’ll find in the same complex grocery as well. it’s in a walking distance from the subway. it’s located in a quite neighborhood. if you are a climber, check out the bouldering gym in the same complex as the apartment (boulderwelt)

nice hotel I stayed in a family room with a kitchen including a mini washing machine.There is a iron and ironing table in the room. Room cleaning was perfect.We hired a car during our visit and use hotel’s parking area.

Breakfast time it’s difficult to find a seat so we waited much to find a table.
