harry's home hotel & apartments

The three room suite was perfect for our family. Like home. We enjoyed leaving the doors open and communicating by yelling. Preparing a light meal in the morning was also nice in the kitchen. The location was just perfect for our family reunion. The beds in the two real bed rooms were good. The blankets were good. The bathroom in the larger bedroom was really great - like a family bathroom.

The toilet smelled a bit (hotel toilets often do). It needs a more thorough cleaning, also in the corners. The fold out bed in the middle room could be of better quality. The 25 year old couple complained about the poor mattress. Plus, when opened, a sharp metal rod sticks out on both sides on which one of us hurt his toes (with bleeding).

the location is super convent to trains and metro. Easy access to everywhere. although it is right next the Moosach Train/Metro station the sound isolation is great and the noise did not bother us at all. there is also shops , restaurants a few steps away. The service staffs are super nice and helpful. I have to mention the beds. I travelled everywhere for business and leisure , but the bed of the hotel is among the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! The hotel has onsite self service laundry and kitchen which are nice. Hotel is nicely decorated with modern appeal, very elegant looking.

The hallway and entrance were a bit stuffy seems no air conditioning at all. but the room air conditioning worked fine .

The hotel Harry's is well located next to S-Bahn, U-Bahn and tram. Tram is the most pleasant way to get to the city. In 30 minutes you travel to the Munich airport by S-Bahn 1 (one of the metro lines serving the the city). The hotel is new and modern in a very good way (no see-thru toilet/shower walls/doors). The breakfast was probably the best of the five hotels (mostly 4-star) we stayed at this time. My favourite were the three types of German fried or water-heated sausages. A good choice of vegetables was also available. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel is located next to a large shopping mall, including the Kaufland chain.

A fridge would have been good to keep our provisions and water cool. Not a big complaint compared to the advantages.

Firstly, the receptionists were very very friendly. He greeted us in a welcoming and charming way though he had a few more waiting for him. The room? It's superb. The clean room has a dedicated walk-in dresser (Kommode in German) which is very convenient for us to store our luggage. The room also has a spacious bathroom, so nothing to complain! Despite the room being located very close to the department store (and a bakery right below), it's not noisy in the morning at all!

Maybe it's just me, but if the bathroom's door is either thicker or better with soundproof, then it is great. The waiting lounge on the ground floor (next to the small aquarium) is somewhat too hot (or because of the weather), so having some fans would be great.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay in there. The breakfast was great (although the selection is a bit lacking), the room was spacious and comfortable, and the location of the hotel is amazing with an excellent connection to the city center and the airport through an S-Bahn station located right next to it.

The Wi-Fi in the room was lacking. I couldn't connect more than one device at a time. and even then, there were frequent cut-offs. But other than that, my stay there was amazing.

The staff is in incredible friendly and supportive and they do everything to make you feel at home. The location although is quite far from the city center is rather convenient as the hotel is next to the tube station

The Wi-Fi was poor. Cleaning could also be better as I stayed for 16 nights and they only cleaned the room twice

Location was very good, especially since we needed to park our car and then travel downtown with the SBahn is super convenient. The room was very spacious and the Hotel has washing machines and driers for some coins to be used. This is extremely helpful during long trips!

They charged me for printing some tickets (basically 4 pages), which is peanuts for them, so I would have expected that they have the courtesy (of course not if someone is printing a lot, but this…)

Location is great, super easy to reach the city center. The children's playroom is nice and the breakfast is child friendly. Parking is right downstairs with reasonable price.

one of the receptionist was not very competent. He didn't give us the baby cot at the beginning and asked us if we want it tonight or tomorrow. We went down a few times to ask and finally got the cot and my husband carried it to the room by himself. The cot is nice though, an actual wooden one.

Easy to get into the centre of Munich as station and underground right next door and only a short trip away. Really lovely hotel, large room, great shower and bathroom and totally awesome buffet breakfast! There was also a separate room where you could grab a snack or iron clothes ready for the next day. The staff were really helpful too. We would definitely stay in a Harry's again, thank you.

Very clean and modern with well-built storage/wardrobes. The kitchen had all the basics you'd need in any kitchen. Perfect for a single, couple, or smaller family without extra needs.

The family room should have had at least two table chairs, more glasses, and tea cups since it's for 3 guests. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable and served more like a cosy sofa instead of a sofa bed, making sleeping arrangements a bit difficult for a family of 3
