Adina Apartment Hotel Nuremberg

Good mattress, well equipped apartment, serviced well. It is next door to the amazing Germanise National Museum - a wonder you will need a day at least to explore. An Aldi not far away for supplies next to a fascinating square with incredible sculpture/fountain.

There were no instructions or way to get instructions for the microwave/combination oven, or the washing machine. We ended up downloading instruction manuals and YouTubing videos. Initially a staff member was sent up to help but he wasn’t sure either. This is something that could be added to the smart tv instructions for guests. Regarding that, somebody was being welcomed on the screen who was not us from five months before - it looked like they need some significant updating of their system for in-house guests. The staff were efficient but not uber friendly and not much local knowledge aware or interested in finding out for you. Tourism 101 - have the leaflets and a bit of knowledge about the hop-on hop-off buses or be prepared to find out.

Great location, beautiful rooms. Swimming pool is actually large enough for swimming lanes. Great rooftop terrace.

My room had a lot of stains: on the walls, on the curtains, on the bedside table. Given the amount you pay and the way the hotel presents itself, you'd expect better cleaning standards. That the hotel cannot provide a fully equipped gym is understandable, but dumbbells heavier than 10 kg would be nice to have. I had asked for only one cleaning during my 5 night stay, but on one day, on which they were not supposed to clean my room, the cleaners knocked on my door and immediately entered. Then realizing their mistake they apologized, but I still find it unacceptable for cleaning staff to just enter the room the second they stopped knocking.

Great location: 10-15 walk from central train station. Old town just round the corner. Near to many great restaurants Great amenities: Equipped kitchen with stove and microwave/over and washing machine are life saver Staff: Friendly and efficient. Some lights did not work. Call reception, the technicians arrived in minutes. There's a power trip. Exactly as shown in the photos during booking

Below are individual preferences: Pillow is too soft, near to flat. Room is warm without opening window albeit temperature set to 18 degree celsius shower pressure too low It's 2 single bed made to 1

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We didn’t use the restaurant/bar for breakfast but it looked lovely with nice staff. A Large bathroom was lovely. Very large bed with blackout blinds. Air conditioning was good but the touch controls a little tricky to operate. Good to have English channels on TV. Reasonable utensils in kitchen including cafetière and kettle. Useful to have a washer-drier in the room. Rooms were nicely cleaned everyday which was offered at reception. We liked the location which was close to shops and old town. Felt very safe. Overall a lovely stay

The washing machine door was broken as people obviously try to open the door before it’s totally finished. However maintenance fixed it quickly. It would be good if operating instructions were left for combination microwave/oven but we managed to operate the microwave. However I doubt they’d be in English so I guess it’s easier to ask receptionist. I found the bed a bit too firm but my daughter was comfortable.

Excellent location within the old town. Big room with washing machine (drying function is more like 2 extra spins, not fully dry). My room also came with a Nespresso equivalent machine, with pods included. Laundry and dishwashing detergents were provided. Duty manager Lisa was a real angel. She allowed us to check in early without extra cost, loaned me an adaptor (when mine couldn't fit) and provided lots of help (from booking a taxi to helping to stow our luggages). Housekeeping staff were also pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was pretty decent. Buffet style with wide selection of food (breads, cold cuts, hot food), beverages and juices, yogurt, etc. Very good. There's also a spa - a small indoor pool and sauna. I didn't use these facilities as there were families using it, and I didn't have time to wait. We'll definitely stay here again if in Nuremberg, and will look out for other Adina apartment hotels in other cities/countries. Very good experience! 😃

Suggestions: Please provide body lotion and hair conditioner (not just body gel and shampoo). Bathrobe and slippers could also be included in the room, rather than upon request.

The location is super convenient, close to all the old city's main attractions and surrounded by good restaurants. The hotel staff is very lovely and helpful, the check-in was easy and our room was ready with the baby cot we requested, the room is spacious and very comfortable! The room we stayed in had a refrigerator, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, stove, and even an iron board and iron! I would say very very complete, the bathroom was also good. The garage is also quite big, and underground.

The hotel could provide Conditioner as the water makes your hair very dry, but except from this there's no complain at all.

Everything. Was within easy walking distance of everything in the Alstadt. Safe parking in the apartment garage, which also gave us the ability to put our stuff on a cart to take to the room. Washer/dryer worked very well. We had been in Germany for 2 weeks already and it was wonderful to be able to wash clothes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Apartment was VERY clean and even though we were along a busy street, the windows kept out all the sound. Comfortable beds. This was a wonderful place and we would definitely stay again.

it’s a very high-end hotel apartment with great facilities and amenities, such as the pool and in-room dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc. Also, the design of the apartment is done very thoughtfully, such as minimizing disturbances of co-habitants by making the bathroom door closure silent, bed lights have focused lights etc.

The breakfast was way below expectations and par for similarly priced hotels in Germany. Consider offering real orange juice rather than the cheap concentrate as well as a greater selection of food eg pastries.

The room exceeded all expectations. It was large and comfortable for a long stay. The added perks of a fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer make this a top choice. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future. I have recommended it to friends who plan to visit the city.

The most central & perfect location if you want to see as many historical locations as possible, but also to have close by as many restaurants, pubs, coffees and whatever your heart desires. Two minutes walking distance from Christkindlesmarket. It offers everything you need for a perfect stay in Nuremburg with everything that you need included. Gym, spa center included. Underground parking space for a 21€ fee
