I can't understand why they claimed both my Bank debit card and revolut card card didn't work, the cards performed perfectly through leipzig and Dresden and funds were not an issue, in front of their reception desk was an atm machine and the cards worked perfectly, I had to draw out the cash to pay them, this was both embarrassing and a lie, it cost me over 6 euro to withdraw the money, I complained, so He gave a bottle of beer, how nice, very poor business and in my opinion corrupt, very disappointing,

location: just next to the Nürnberg bus station(ZOB) and Nürnberg Hbf is one block cross the street five min. by walk. reception: open space, lots sofa for stay staff: friendly facilities: elevators to rooms and key card for room entrance room: in six beds mix dorm, there are two bunk beds and two separated single bed, one toilet and one shower room. every bed with two USB socket, total four storage basket for 26” baggae under the bunk bed, one TV with remote (i can watch the world cup games!) , heating, hot water and water pressure are all functional. luggage room with key take from reception for use before chk-in/after chk-out.

it’s not a big problem for me personally: *no bed light *unfortunately, the two USB sockets of my bed can not use at the same time.

The hotel is in a great location, one street away from the haupbanhof and a minutes walk away from the city center and the main attractions of the city. It is nice that reception and bar are open all night.

The guy at the front desk didn't gave me my bed and pillow covering and I had to get back to get them, at the end it turned out that I was the only guest in my room who didn't get a towel from the front desk when made the check-in. In general I feel like the personnel was rude in that way througout the entire stay.

Almost everything was perfect. Great location, nice and pleasant bar, billiards.

Stupid jerks who came at one in the morning and started yelling and talking loudly. When I asked them to be quiet, one of them started poking me in the face with his finger. As it turned out later, these were local workers (maybe builders or something like that). Not only tourists stop at this place, but also those who live and work in this city. I had to go to the reception so that the hotel worker would solve this problem.

If you intend to use the shared kitchen, please cancel your reservation. They ruined my night, I bought all the ingredients to make dinner and when I got to the kitchen with everything, there was not a single utensil, there were no potholes, there was NOTHING. You have to pay €20 for them to give you the things you need and then they return it. you went down to the kitchen and forgot a knife? Well, go up again to ask for one, did you think there was going to be oil or salt in the kitchen? nope, go buy a bottle of oil because there is NOTHING. did you finish eating angry because it was a horrible experience? Well, go to reception to ask for a sponge because there isn't one in the kitchen. I had booked a hostel in Munich from the same company, as soon as I left the kitchen I canceled it.

Friendly, helpful staffs and they made me feel welcomed. Great location to walk to the old town and to go to Bamberg by bus. I came early and left late so I intended to used the paid lockers but the receptionist told me not to waste money as they provide free luggage room (if one wants to keep valuable stuff, it should go in the locker). It’s recommended to rent the linen as it a three-piece-combo of pillow cover, blanket cover and bed sheet. My skin is irritating easily so I always bring my own blanket but I didn’t need to use it at a&o as my bed and linen are clean

The doors of bathroom and toilet are not sound proof and it’s awkward when I’ve heard thing which I shouldn’t have 😂

The location was perfect, super close to the city centre and at the same time super close to the Hbf. The staff was super nice and kind with us.

The only thing that we didn't like are the cookers in the guest kitchen. Be prepared with a manual of instructions if you're not familiar with induction cookers, like we were. We spent half an hour trying to make them work, then we gave up since we didn't want to spend all the morning trying to figure them out.

The hostel staff were extremely helpful and nice, I really appreciated that. I was offered to change from my 6-bed mixed room to 4-bed-only women. Beds were comfortable, the room nicely warm and the common areas were quite entertaining. 5 minutes away from the train station, perfect for the airport.

Everything was okay, I feared loud noise because of the train station but I did not hear it at all.

The hostel in a close proximity to the railway station. Also, it is in a five-minute walk from all the famous landmarks. Moreover, the staff is absolutely welcoming. They speak Russian well and are always ready to give you a hand. Personally, I truly enjoyed the option of the late check-out. Also, I was fascinated by the view from the window, it was lovely and I could see the X-mas tree on the main square.

The room needs better cleaning. The windowsill is covered with mould. Apart from this, there were no pegs for clothes so you have to pile the clothes over the beds.

Emmanuel was great! He was so nice and friendly and helpful during check in. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, the shower had great water pressure and temperature. The facilities were conducive to families and solo travelers. Lots of great amenities such as a pool table and easy to use coffee machines in the lobby. I would absolutely stay here again. Especially for this price, hard to find such a great, affordable hostel.
