- Clean and always smells fresh - Good service - Comfortable beds - Excellent location - Strong and fast wifi connection - Early check in since we arrived early

- Table was too small (especially when you have amber code and decides to bring your food on your hotel room; it’s not comfortable to eat) - No bottled water provided (even if there’s a water dispenser outside, it could’ve been better if there was or were bottled waters) - No breakfast - Outlets (though you may request for an adapter, it would be better to have it prepared there already) - No bidet - Refrigerator smells plastic

The hotel is located in an up market shopping area. Within walking distance to 2 metro stations and many restaurants. We stayed for 17 days, the cleaning lady serviced our room and changed our towels every day. The room service is good. I asked for a scale to weigh my baggage and it was delivered within 5 minutes . Coffee and tea provided daily but no bottle of water. A taxi to the airport took 25 minutes at a cost of around HK$300.

The room is in a smaller size, did not have room to walk round, so is the wardrobe, can only fit in one small suitcase. We have to put the large suitcases under the desk.

Great location in Kowloon, convenient to walk to all shops and markets, great little cafes and bars in the complex. Staff were super helpful on the desk, check in/check out fast and efficient. Would stay again

It is a large hotel which is taken into account but maids knocking on the door at 7.30am on a Sunday after a long flight wasn’t ideal - yes there is a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign but without this 7.30am is still too early - a very minor point to an otherwise flawless stay.

This is an excellent hotel near Kowloon Park in upper Tsim Sha Tsui. The property enjoys a bay view, although our room had a street view, but for a bit of a premium, one can get fantastic treatment of the night time Central lights from bed. I found the location ideal as it is slightly tucked away from the Nathan Road madness and that of the Temple Street Night Market, yet it is within walking distance to all of it, as well as two well connect subway stations that can get you pretty much anywhere in Hong Kong. The staff of this hotel really sets it apart. We were treated like royalty, especially by the concierge, who happily called us taxis, gave us travel directions and kept our luggage until 23:00 o'clock on the day we were leaving. Although we didn't make much use of the facilities, the hotel restaurant looked appetising, plus the whole thing is right next to the Harbour City shopping mall so you can literary have everything there. The secluded Pacific Coffee cafe on the podium level deserves a special mention. It was so quaint and peaceful, and although Pacific Coffee is a chain, having our first coffee in that particular outlet before setting out to explore the city for the day became a bit of a ritual.

The only slight drawback was that our room looked a bit tired, and although it was a Premium, it was a bit small in terms of size (to be fully expected in Hong Kong, in all fairness). The hotel was undergoing extensive refurbishment while we were there, however, so perhaps many rooms look updated already or will do soon. Also worth mentioning that we only knew that refurbishment works are underway because of a polite notice in our room. It was so well managed that it didn't cause any disruption whatsoever.

This hotel's location is fantastic. It has an overhead bridge connecting to Kowloon Park and connects to a cityscape observatory deck. There are a few eateries at the Lobby level (I tried only the Shanghai Yen and the food was good). The Ground level is connected to the Canton road and the main entrance to a shopping complex (with a 7-eleven, a Watsons, a Starbucks, and so on; but during my stay more than half of the stores in the shopping mall were never open and the convenience stores and the cafe closed at 5pm or 7pm, possibly a reflection of the economic impact of the pandemic in Hong Kong). The metro hubs, the HK museum of art (free admission!), the HK cultural center, the space museum are all within walkable distance.

The only table in the room is small. There's no chair (perhaps because there's no room for it). I sat on the window sill to use the table to work on my laptop (there is, however, working space in the hotel lobby for those who need to work). The channels available on the TV are very limited.

The hotel situates at an excellent location next to the park and around a 5-min walk to Tsim Sha Tsui station. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean this hotel is and how helpful the staff are. We even got a free upgrade during check-in. Since they take hygiene very highly, there are even at least ten air purifiers per floor to clean the air. Next to that, there is even a pure water station on every floor to refill your water bottle (very sustainable!) While I initially thought the rooms were a bit outdated in style, they were taking good care of the rooms. We booked this hotel because of its gym, and we were satisfied! The gym equipment is from Technogym, and all looks new and well-maintained. The gym also has all the machines and dumbells you need for a well round exercise schedule. Nonetheless, I would visit again.

The only thing that annoyed me the first night was my noisy neighbours laughing out loud until almost 2 AM. The sound came through a thin wall next to the window.

I love the fact that it’s overlooking the city of Tsim Sha Tsui. Only took few minutes to the nearest MTR “Tsim Sha Tsui” station- pretty convenient. The staff were accommodating and easy to communicate with. We stayed at the property for 4 nights and housekeeping were consistent in tidying up our room and changing used towels and floor rags and room slippers. The replenishing of our compli. coffee was a thumbs up as well. Plus the express check out was very convenient. Since our flight was early, we had to check out at 6:15 am and it was very much hassle free☺️ When you head out the Ground floor entrance, you can readily enjoy the strip of Tsim Sha Tsui to the Harbor city:))

nothing much really, maybe just more guards in the all entrances but it’s not that we felt unsafe there. only suggesting this for tighter visible security in the building.

Friendly, helpful staff members - Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was courteous and knowledgeable! Great location- close to the park, metro, great restaurants, shopping. Restaurant downstairs has a good happy hour. Safe neighborhood and easy to get to anywhere in HK.

There’s filtered water stations on each floor but a station in the lobby would be nice…for when you forget to fill up your water bottle before getting in the lift.

Was upgraded to a large premier room which had side view of the sea. The room was very nice, with a sofa and the bed was huge and comfortable. Even c/w a nescafe machine with two complimentary capsules. The location is central, and next to it is China HK City Mall where you can book ferry and taxi to Macau. Its good price for such a nice room at a good location, will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located in the center of kowloon, very close to shops, restaurants, metro and many other attractions. The staff is wonderfull very responsive and keen to help and solve any issue. The room was spacious and the bathroom stunning. Great price quality deal

The air conditioning system is centralised and the keep it on also when you have 20 degrees or less outside so the room was often chilly and they had to give us a portable heater
