I like the location and the staffs as they are friendly and everytime we go out they greet us with a good morning and a smile. it brightens up our day. besides that the cleaning is done everyday as well as the towels are change daily. the ambience is nice directly in the middle of the city. check out is not rush and the luggage can be accomodated in the lobby.
The only thing we did not like is that we think there are bed mites as my baby, my wife and I have a rash when we are going home. i think the futon/foam needs to be steamed and sanitize. over all though our stay in the hotel is good.

When I asked for more shower gel and i was advised to come down and get it myself and when i went down, they have advised me please do not ask for more, i will need to pay for it. What am i supposed to do if i need more shower gel for my bath, go out and buy shower gel for my bath?? this didn't go down well for me........ They are lucky i still rated Pravo Well

excelent location just net to city places as well as subway. Excelent rooftop terrace with view to the bay. Very convenient price.
Breakfast is missing but can be solved behing the corner, street food or 7-11.

Not bad room for a Hong Kong, and best location almost near to harbor and near Tsim sa tsui station.
They take deposit of 500 hkd in cash, which is inconvenient. The bed was very small.

The washroom water was leaking through the tub I was in room 709 the toilet was bad the water was leaking everywhere when I was taking a shower!
