Bali Garden Beach Resort

9am check in was really appreciated. Perfect location, walking distance to sports bars, restaurants and Kuta central. Nice pools and very attentive staff. Mega the house boy provides amazing towel animals. The air-conditioned lounge is an ideal a practical solution for those who need to check out at 10am but have flights later in the day or evening.

The front entry is undergoing a redesign. I hope there are some funds left to replace hard mattresses.

Breakfast was fine, due to coming back from Covid the hotel was quiet and only around 50 guests to start gradually building up during the week as more flights landed. We had a nice chill lax time.

A few more staff as when it got busy it made it hard for service at bars, restaurant and breakfast, very hard working staff that were on duty.

I really love the garden! It was very large and beautiful garden with several hidden pools. You can see many Bali ambience here and there. I really like the restaurant on the side of the beach. The staffs were very friendly, I can borrow their iron which is a plus point of this hotel!

The interior was quite old. The hot water was off (I couldn't take a bath with cold water, so it was very disappointing for me). The beach was quite dirty. Some of hidden pools were not well maintained (maybe because of Covid-19, I didn't see many staffs stand by).

A well positioned resort with lush gardens and a pleasant atmosphere. It had 3 nice pools, the big deep pool had it's shallow end around the swim up bar, which meant there was no end of noisy kids splashing around, playing chasey and having fun right where people were meant to be able to sit and relax in the pool and have a drink. The "no kids" pool had limited chairs for use but was good if you wanted a shaded swim. The pool by the beach was a large rectangle right next to eating area, with great views of Kuta with a few chairs for lying down and sunning yourself. The Boardwalk restaurant was a busy eating area, mainly due to the enjoyable food and drinks on the menu. Only downside was at times the music was a bit too loud with the speakers around 7 metres from tables and most of the time playing "doof doof" music. The staff were friendly and helpful and as the Balinese do, had great big happy smiles!!

Great location on the beach and close to shops, restaurants & salons. Staff were friendly & helpful and room fairly well appointed with good sized balcony. We love staying here & highly reccommend it

It's Indonesia so somewhat expected but so much smoking around the hotel is unpleasant for non smokers and meant we often couldn't keep the door open or sit on the balcony because of the smoke. Food at the Boardwalk restaurant wasn't great & portions were stingy- about 1 tablespoon of avocado with nachos! Be careful if you are coming to this hotel because of the beautiful pools as they can be closed to guests for private functions. No conditioner or slippers provided which was inconvenient.

the property was very nice. Mita at the front desk was amazing in taking care of us. she really went above and beyond!! Wija in the cafe spoiled us and Sugi in that’s spa was amazing in not just our spa time but helping us locate some special food requests for our kids which Mita was able to get delivered. the family room was really nice and comfortable.

we made our reservation 3 months in advanced and supplied all of our child’s ages in the booking. 3 days before we were boarded our flight the hotel contacted us and told us they could not honor our reservation because our daughter just turned 17 and they consider that an adult. we paid an extra premium for another bed and it all worked out in tue end but really didn’t need that drama before starting the holiday.

Staff were wonderful, full of smiles and nothing was too much trouble. Room was very roomy and comfortable with large comfortable bed. Great location, right on the beach. Lovely restaurant right on the boardwalk. Great location with several restaurants attached to tyhe hotel. Right nest door to Discovery Mall.

Pool can get very crowded and could do with a larger kids pool, especially when they use the blowup toys. No swim up bar in other pool. Unfortunately when there are weddings, they impinge on dining.

Staff were so friendly, helpful, kind & patient. They delivered a little single mudcake on a plate that was decorated for my special birthday. The massages were the best & so was the breakfast. Would definitely like to stay here again.

There's was some work being done on the wall outside our room & they didn't clean the balcony floor each today when they finished working so made it very messy for us to be out on the balcony. But otherwise there was nothing we didn't like.
