The Palm Grove Villas

We have just left PGV today and had a fabulous stay. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean, also the beds are one of the best I have slept in. Everyone goes on about the staff in their hotels well here they go above and beyond they are all so friendly which was so nice they know your name from day one. Thank you PGV for a lovely stay ❤️ thank you Ady, Ogi and Superman and the girls in the restaurant. Would we come back? YES, we would in a blink of the eye 😃 We all miss you already, thank you so much for a fabulous stay. Have a great year you so deserve, too. Oh, nearly forgot the food is so good too 😋

Nothing everything was fantastic everyone is so nice.

We had a pool view and loved it, i dont have photos of the bathroombut it was a stunning outdoor shower thst we loved. Breakfast was great.location was perfect, so close to Mushroom beach and a huge choice of warongs within easy walking. Staff were really helpful and organised our bikes and snorkelling trips.

What you will read mostly is the loud music from the bar across the road. Yes, it can be loud, but we decided to enjoy it by having a drink on our front deck, and as it's always great music and much quieter than being there, we didn't mind. It always stopped 9.30 to 10pm every night. We are on holidays so chill and enjoy.

had the most amazing stay here. lovely villas (note there is an outdoor bathroom which I know some people don’t love but we enjoying it as different to our normal life). clean and modern grounds/ gardens were beautiful and so relaxing staff were fantastic, always so friendly and accommodating. the manager would stop by at breakfast each morning to ask how our stay is and if we needed anything, was the room ok etc. the front door staff greeted you by name every time you walked past and always with a big smile. happy hour by the pool was fabulous or you could enjoy from your patio if you prefer location is wonderful - in the middle of the main strip so everything you need on your doorstep and 2 min walk to the beach highly recommend and we already trying to work out our dates to return!

I loved the Villa! The front patio was very comfortable, and the gardens are really well kept. Stocked mini fridge was a nice touch too! There are two pools to chose from, one bigger than the other. But both are lovely. The staff were VERY helpful and friendly. Also a short walk to Mushroom Bay beachfront. Super close to LGood Bar for nightly music and entertainment. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom floor needed a good scrub. It was a little greasy and there stains around the toilet basin. Felt a little grungy. A good clean and I think this would have improved my overall cleanliness score. The pool was kept beautifully though and cleaned each morning.

Great property. The villas are super cute and comfortable. The verandas are great if it rains - you can still enjoy the outdoors and stay dry while listening as it comes down. It’s very close to the beach - literally a three minute walk. The water is calm, so swimming/playing in the crystal clear water is great. Lots of restaurants/warungs in the vicinity.

This is my second time staying here and the only complaint I have is from this time. There’s a private residence next door and one morning, they were building children’s beds using loud saws and on my last morning there were workers hammering the brick wall separating the properties. I was here for two weeks, so didn’t bother me too much, but if you were staying a shorter amount of time and looking for a bit of a sleep-in, this might be bothersome.

The staff always had a smile on their face and wanted to talk, they had some great knowledge of what to do around the island. We were sorted out a snorkelling trip for just the 2 of us at the same price as a group trip. The villa was lovely, with the washed wood effect and a very comfy bed. The food was really nice (have the banana pancakes for breakfast). The location is perfect being close to the middle of the island and a 5 min walk to the beach, with 3 food shops and clothing/gift shops near it. Would stay there again.

Nothing to do with the villa however the area around the villa closing down for the night at 10pm.

The villas are so pretty and the rooms are perfect. Loved the outdoor bathroom/shower. The pool area is clean and the garden outside the villas is so beautiful. The restaurant served the best food on the island. Be sure to try out their grilled bbq snapper and the seafood laska 😃 They organize transport to and from your hotel including boat transfers (at an additional cost). Everything is well organized.

We had a bigger room which was lovely with big deck, near the pool and restaurant. The pillow was the best in Bali! bed good too. close to beach and nice coffee place down the road. Breakfast was generous and good. lovely garden and pool. lounge around the pool were so comfortable

being close to the restaurant there was a lot more noise, especially the staff who hang around there and work, who were quite loud. Also restaurant noise, in busy times this could be worse. The air con didnt seem big enough to cool the room down in the heat of the day.

Price to quality - absolutely fantastic. Great villas with semi-outdoor bathroom (showers under the moon - loved it!). Clean with well maintained garden, very relaxing atmosphere with sounds of fountains everywhere. Great location, close to Mushroom Bay & Dream Beach, nice warungs nearby. We can recommend renting a scooter (the island is so small it's perfect for beginners) with the hotel and check other parts of the island. The staff was super helpful and positive, they organized laundry for us, snorkling trip to Penida and checked with us every day and offered local tips. Great choice for Nusa Lembongan!

The most amazing stay, perfect villas, 2 pools and excellent food!! The location was excellent - especially if you have bikes you can get around the island super easily! Also an excellent price for everything we got. We loved it so much we even extended our stay by 2 nights rather than going to Nusa Penida! The staff were all lovely, super helpful and had great banter! Special thanks to Wyman (sorry if spelt wrong) at the reception who was super helpful in arranging our day trips, activities and extension of our stay! He was super chatty and friendly - really made our stay! We will definitely recommend to all our friends and hopefully come back some day ourselves!

On the last night we stayed in a villa close to the road which was a little noisy (the music from the restaurant opposite) but was quiet by 11 - wouldn’t put me off staying at all though!
