everything was exceptional and fantastic. only the Air condition was bad and 2 nights I was sweating

Excellent staff, super atentive. Always willing to help with absolutely everything. We felt very well taken care of. We had an issue with the room, so asked for a change and we got upgraded, which was very much appreciated. Spacious room, clean, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was very tasty, with great variety. Pool area cozy and relaxing. Overall a great stay.

Great staff and property. I enjoyed my stay and nothing was too much for the staff. Breakfast and room service were also of a good quality; plenty of selection. Spacious rooms and comfy bed. New towels every day which were the softest I’ve ever had in a hotel. Free water and good mini bar selection.

Noisy neighbours - the hotel did respond immediately to the issue but people need to be more considerate. My key cards stopped working every day so I had to go down to reception and get them changed. This was annoying but the staff were very kind.

What truly sets the Landmark Hotel apart, however, is its exemplary staff. In particular, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the night manager, Mr. Adham Abu Jbara. His professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction were nothing short of remarkable. Mr. Abu Jbara went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, displaying a level of helpfulness and courtesy that was truly exceptional. In conclusion, my stay at the Landmark Hotel was an unforgettable experience, thanks in no small part to the outstanding service and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman and look forward to my next stay.

Extremely welcoming and helpful staff at check in desk. Quick taxi but also walkable from Citadel.

The hotel is modern, spacious and with great views. There is also ample parking available.

The range of food offered for the dinner buffet could be improved. One additional point to add is that, as environmental aware travellers, we would highly encourage this hotel (and its fellow Egyptian hotels) to reduce the use of single-use plastics (especially water bottles and plastic straws), re-use its materials, and to recycle its waste as much as possible.

The hotel was very safe, comfortable and breakfast was a huge feast. There is a rooftop bar that you can enjoy the views of Amman.

I requested a quiet room away from elevators in the booking after a long flight but was offered a room right by the elevators. Unfortunately the front desk insisted that the room is quiet and it took some negotiating to get another room. I was very surprised I had to plead my case to the point of leaving the hotel. I finally received the room I requested with the help of another staff member and everything was perfect. If you request a specific room make sure that is very clear checking in before you head to your room. Be also aware that the hotel has both smoking and non smoking rooms. If you are a nonsmoker add your request in your booking and confirm when you check in.

I asked for a late checkout for 1 pm and I had to call again and ask for a late checkout for 2 pm. I finally left my room at 2:15 pm. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is always very good. We enjoyed the happy hours at the bar. And the restaurant food is delicious! We noticed that the management employs some handicapped people when possible (and some with down syndrome). I greatly appreciate that their management is being socially conscious and helping those in need when possible.

Absolutely friendly, professional and helpful hotel personal! Perfect location to get to the city old town! Just a couple of minutes by taxi to city centre , citadel or Roman theatre will cost you 1 to 2 dollars or by foot about 20 minutes downtown. Amman is extremely hilly so it’s better to get a taxi! Room was clean with amazing views on the hill tops.

Noise from the corridor, from the cleaning personal next to my door. They put cleaning trolley next to my door and started cleaning! Everyday I could hear their presence and related noise from cleaning other rooms. Also there was distinguished traffic noise from highway next to hotel! I had to sleep with earplugs. High alcohol prices in restaurant of hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean, and large enough. We enjoyed our stay here especially with our baby (the baby crib is very nice btw). Anything we asked for were provided instantly, for example, we asked for drinking water multiple times and it was provided on the spot. The hotel is close to the city center and popular shopping malls too. When we leave by an Uber, the staff will help us to put our things in the back of the car, or when we arrive, they will help us moving our shopping bags to our room. We felt at home!

Breakfast need to include more options, and the restaurant staff should be a little more professional.
