Zaina Plaza Hotel

The 24hr front desk is great, anytime I needed help even with things not concerning the hotel, the staff has always been there to assist to the best of their abilities. I had a few glitches while in the country but management has been there to help in a professional manner.

Wifi is good but unable to make outgoing calls or receive calls, I think it could be network congestion because do not connect but I am able to check my emails and send and receive Whatsapp messages. It is important for me to stay in contact with my family in case I need assistance, so if management could fix the connection it would be excellent.

I stayed for two days at Zaina Plaza hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The room was very suitable and clean, and the hotel staff were extremely respectful and trustworthy, in addition to the very reasonable prices. The hotel's view was breathtaking, allowing me to watch both the sunrise and sunset and enjoy the view of the beautiful city of Amman. It is an experience that I would highly recommend and I was very happy during my stay.

Good Location I was given 2 adjacent spacious rooms by the owner Our Driver Abdullah was excellent- friendly, professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and was always on time- 5 star for him nearby shops and restaurants Rainbow street is only 15mins walk Strong wifi

Staffs are not friendly, No help to carry luggage Refused to give tea bags Rooms and bathrooms could be more cleaner.

The room was great price-wise. The hotel location is perfect for shopping and eating good food at reasonable prices. I will very likely make a reservation at this hotel in the future. The hotel staff were nice and courteous. The room was clean. And it had ample room for me and my baggage. The shower had hot water. The room has a good A/C unit. The bed was comfortable and the sheet and cover were clean. There was nothing to complain about.

There was nothing to complain about. The location of hotel is in a busy popular area. Yes, there were occasional intruding noises from people who are selling their goods across the nearby busy streets. There was a wedding in a building nearby at almost midnight time and I heard women ululating. That was a typical Arabic wedding custom. The chanting went on for about 5 minutes and then things went quiet. I couldn't be picky considering the other convenience of the Zaina plaza hotel.

they officially protected me from a gang of fraudsters and thanks to them I got back this stolen money. They accompanied me to the police station until morning. they never left me alone and we had dinner with them in the evening really i will come again and be with this family again. with full quality spacious rooms and also the staff officially became my family.

The location is wonderful and diverse, the rooms are fantastic. The staff is genuinely incredible and amazing, they were extremely friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. The breakfast was delicious and the view was exquisite. The best hotel I've ever been in. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Amman. We will definitely come back <3

Great location, lots of Asian restaurants, cafés and walking distance from the city center. Rooms are incredibly big and with great views. The hotel is humble and not so well cared but I still like it very much, actually this is my second time there.

It's a humble hotel, not so clean and installations are old and a bit uncared.

It was an excellent experience and it exceeded my expectations for the money value! The staff were very cooperative and friendly and the cleanliness’s of the rooms was more than good.

The Hotel location is just great, it is based in the center of the city, in an active street full of energy. Everything is available there in the area, restaurants, exchange, supermarkets... I can reach them walking in just few minutes. The room is a good and clean one with a big bad.

Honestly nothing bad to say here. When I came at first, I got a small room, but when I asked them to change it for me with a bigger one, they did immediately without hesitance, and that what made my stay there a better one.

Everything was super The staff were very helpful and friendly The best thing in this hotel was the view with it’s low prices When you come to this hotel ask about Mr.yazan He was the best one in the hotel He organized my whole trips, find taxi and always make sure i was doing good and happy in my trip.
