The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana

Location perfect. Housekeeping Staff Ahmad professional, helpful and pleasant. Front Desk Mgr Mr Rami professional. Parking and valet parking helpful and cordial. Housekeeping provided all amenties It turned out to be a very pleasant stay. We must say.

Unbelievably unclean tarnished room upon checking in despite front desk assuring us it was cleaned. Housekeeping took care of it later with cleaning and dry cleaning. It was rectified. Suites un-furnished with drinking cups and glasses or any chinaware or cutlery despite 2-BR suite. It was fully rectified by Housekeeping upon request!! Front Desk staff need more grooming to take care of guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana during a trip to Jordan for my SO's birthday. Firstly, the hotel's location deserves mention. Situated in the centre of Boulevard, it provided easy access to the surrounding attractions and amenities, proving highly convenient during our stay. Being able to navigate the city with ease added significant value to our overall experience. Moreover, the hotel rooms were impressive in terms of space and comfort. The ample room size offered a sense of relaxation and freedom that greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. It is clear that the design and layout of the rooms have been thoughtfully planned with the guest's comfort in mind. However, what distinguished my stay at The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana was the staff's noteworthy attention to detail. On the occasion of SO's birthday, they prepared a special birthday room, a gesture that was both unexpected and highly appreciated. This personal touch demonstrated a level of customer service that goes above and beyond what is typically expected. From the strategic location to the spacious rooms and remarkable customer service, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I look forward to future stays and highly recommend it to other Turkish travelers.

I found that some of the taxi drivers stationed outside the hotel attempted to charge more than the standard fare for our trips, especially to the District area. While this is not a reflection of the hotel's otherwise excellent services, it would be beneficial for guests if the hotel could monitor this more closely and ensure that the taxi services they recommend or call for their guests are reliable and charge fair rates.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Its surrounded by many stores and just minutes walking from Al Abdali Mall. The breakfast is neat and full of Various dishes. The Gym is Superb and has full of machines and free weights. What is more important is the SPA and The magical professional Therapist in there, her name is Sondus. Very Talented and caring indeed.

The road is busy & noisy till midnight so you will not be able to sleep earlier.

Everything was perfect on spot, Staff were very polite from the security to the reception and room service guys, the hygiene care and room service was very clean, no mistakes, we ordered in room breakfast and it was so nice they’re specific with time and if any delay will be present they will call you and inform you in advance , the 1 bedroom suite was VERY spacious, during the 4 days we stayed there was the new year’s eve, we never noticed any noise and the service was on spot regarding pillows, water, dining services, knowing that the hotel is almost full capacity with capacity ( u can notice how busy the reception was). We had the honeymoon set up as well and it was a very nice and simple. The boulevard and all shopping area is literally couple of steps away. I will stick with this Hotel for the rest of my holidays tbf .

the property was amazing and have a gorgeous view. Very great for families. Also clean but need to care more on restrooms. At the reception Mr. Atallah was amazing and welcoming very great guy.

I only was disappointed on one incident when I called the reception on Friday before checking out to ask about the time of check out the receptionist was impolite and rude here name was Natasha. It is unfair to rate the whole experience and make it low due to only one incident. what I saw overall was a 5 stare. But after the receptionist Way of talking which was unprofessional and insulting I do not think I will re-book at this amazing hotel.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was OK. Nice reception staff. Pool great. Felt very safe due to good security.

The layout was bizarre and confusing. There are 4 separate blocks to this hotel and they don’t connect internally. So on arrival at 2am we had to walk 5 mins outside to a different building, and every morning for breakfast or to the pool. The pool was great but disappointing it closed at 6pm everyday. We also got stuck on the roof one day after we tried to go to the adjoining bar! There was also a pool menu and bar, but it never seemed properly open so we were never able to order any food or drinks. Seems like a huge missed opportunity. Breakfast food was OK, but strangely we had to ask the staff every single day for coffee - it was never offered which was odd considering we were often the only guests with 4-5 staff members, felt ignored every morning.

The welcome experience to the hotel by Jihad and Mohammad in the reception was terrific. The suite I booked was so comfortable with everything you might need. The fantastic view directly to the Boulevard and quick access to it. Breakfast at Cafe Italia and the staff there are very kind, especially Lama, Ahmad Qatami, and the executive chef Shady Yared; how they handled a minor issue my kid faced at the restaurant and how were so kind.

Maybe it's not the hotel requirements, but there should be some agreement between the hotel management and the security team in the Boulevard to at least not keep stopping the guests every time and tells them it's only for families. by making the security team recognize the hotel card key for example!

Liked the luxurious apartment.. the room of the bathroom was an amazing decoration The big refrigerator and the kitchenette were beneficial, especially for a long stay ..breakfast buffet was perfect for a 5 star hotel. Location just next to boulivard that is full of cafes and restaurants and a bank of currency exchange.

It would be great for the hotel to supervise the work of the housekeepers and check if any supplements are not ready or not working

Truly, one of the best and most beautiful hotels we have ever visited! The staff was exceptional, they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable. The food and service were amazing. The location is perfect! We will come back very soon for sure. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amman! Our weekend was extraordinary, thanks to every staff member we encountered, they were all delightful and always eager to help! Thank you so much.

The location is great and nearby most of Amman attractions. Staff were super amazing friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. rooms are specious enough for two persons. I would recommend this hotel for all families, solo travelers.

I would recommend if they can open balcony in the rooms. In the weekend a bit of noise comes from the boulevard so if the hotel can do something for that. This would be ideal.
