Hard Rock Hotel Cancun - All Inclusive

One thing everyone should know, beware of Legendary Member. It's a fraud, an absurdity for a name like Hard Rock Hotel to have such a thing on its premises. Unfortunately, I'll have to call my law firm to cancel and get our money back, but we're going to go back even in the US directly against the brand, after all they were inside.

The pool was very large. The beach was beautiful. The restaurants that weren't buffet were good.

There are not enough chairs by the pool. On Friday most of them are reserved for the members that buy the timeshare. You can't book a cabana by the beach unless you hear their speech on buying a timeshare. On the weekend it was empty but because of the reserved signs I didnt hv a place to sit. The bartender Freddy in the pool would ignore everyone that didn't tip him. I waited a long time for drinks. Most of the activities were live music by ppl you hv never heard of. I didn't care for most of them.

the reception people were rude and not helpful

Very conscientious about Covid practices. Excellent service throughout the hotel. Very Helpful. They keep tabs on you when you leave the property- you must give them your room number and bracelet number, when you return they check you back in. Room service was quick. And they were quick to respond to room needs.

The Food was not the greatest. The Italian Restaurant was good- but don’t want to eat there 7 nights. Need more options of food at the pool, and need more snacky items- pretzels, chips, popcorn- something. Room service menu is very limited.

The property was beautiful and well kept. We did the anniversary dinner and it was awesome. Worth every penny of it.

That they moved pool furniture at 5,6,7 am in the morning was rough.

Given we were in the middle of a pandemic we felt completely comfortable with our stay. Everything was kept extremely clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. A special mention to Mike of the Entertainment team who really helped us relax and join in activities. Great selection of top quality drinks and food. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return.

Felt the Mexican restaurant was the weakest of all the on site restaurants. And we organised a tour through the hotel which did not happen as we were not picked up by tour operator.

staff were extremely nice and courteous. service was quick and always on point.

the walls are obviously thin! we stayed on the 7th floor and that is apparently where they take guests who are touring the facility to purchase. we could hear every word of every conversation.

So Thank You Again for making my fiancee Birthday an amazing moment. She loved the Birthday Package which never allowed a dual moment. Her favorite was the dinner on the beach and her private photo shoot. The other up side was my brother who had his first outta the country experience here in Mexico at the Hard Rock Cancun Resort. He says his life will never be the same thanks to the services at the Hard Rock Cancun Resort. So in all, I just want to say Thank You Hard Rock Cancun! We Will Certainly Be Back!

That I couldn't stay longer lol

First at all the service is great, all the staff is hard working people who all the time is asking you if you need something to drink or to eat or towels or whatever !!! The place is awesome if like you are in one HRC but with pools and the beach!!! I recommend this place to people who want a great time great food and great drinks!! by the way special mention to Frida awesome place and food !!! just delicious Mexican food!!! the other restaurants have great options too!!!

Amazing venue, staff were very friendly and accommodating the rooms were large and clean. The checking in and out process was very simple and easy.. The food choices were great, the pool was amazing. I highly recommend them.
