excellent location lots of restaurants bars, and pools. very clean friendly staff and food was generally good although I was not that impressed with the olio restaurant the Greek salad was pour with canned olives and not really a Greek salad. The octopus and other dishes that they offer were good the Italian restaurant was excellent. However, if you want a good table you have to pay over $100 more for a bottle of wine. The Blue Water steak restaurant was very good and I would recommend it.

The upgrade to club level was not necessary for us, and the additional money would’ve been better spent on souvenirs. Additionally, the exclusive pool at the club level was not that comfortable and had an error of smugness. finally, do not count on the ATM machine for cash. It was poorly serviced never had cash and it became a real ordeal to get extra cash. I would recommend you bring twice as much cash as you think you need because it is a burden to get cash the hotel does not cooperate and the ATM service is poor.

The breakfast at the main restaurant is a fantastic buffet. I was looking forward to it every morning. The Food is good in general, plenty of restaurants to choose from. The Mexican food restaurant was great, it is not spicy because most of the clients would light up but you can ask for a hot sauce if you like. The Suite was spacious and very well conceived, the bathrooms pleasant and comfortable. Plenty of animations and live events. Lots of variations in Menus. The staff was pretty awesome everywhere.

People can be drunk and noisy in the halls of the hotel, that can alter substantially the quality of sleep. Our mattress wasn't so great. In fact it felt far too soft in one specific spot and that had a bad impact on my back but I don't believe that the other rooms have the same issue. Nevertheless, I found the mattress it too soft in general. There is a smell or "perfume" in the lobby that really wasn't to our liking, I wish they choose an other one. I understand why, but some restaurants have a dress code. I couldn't try too of them just because I didn't have trousers. The hotel tried to help me get some but they couldn't find something that worked.

The hotel was clean, modern, and a great location. Rooms were large and the balcony with floor to ceiling Windows and sliders, offered a great view of the entire Cancun strip. VIP pool was nicely heated, and the regular pools were clean too. All of the staff were outstanding and extremely polite!!!

2 words…FOOD (steaks) and the house WINES! No bueno!! The steaks were consistently over cooked, like leather. And, the Lebanese skewers were tragically salted, like swallowing a mouthful of salt!!! They make awesome Mexican food, breakfast, and seafood; they should stick with that. And now for the Wine! The house Merlot/red tasted like Taco seasoning. We thought it might have been caused by a poorly washed glass. So, we tried it at another restaurant the next night. OMG…Taco Wine! And, the house white?…straight up rubbing alcohol. Just stick with the Prosecco, if you’re going for any type of wine product.

Cleanliness of the hotel room floor good be better.

Everything was exceptional. Breakfast served by room service on the balcony was absolute bliss. Great food and drinks quality and waiting time on the 12th floor.

Just this one small thing ruined our perfect and absolute luxury stay: the annoying and pushy guy who tried to push us into a loyalty program and only after 30 minutes we were informed it would cost us 169 dollars a year. If not this situation (lost of 50 minutes of our lives) it would be an absolute perfection

food was great - buffets, and we went to 3 restaurants - loved dragons the most - best waiter! Everyone was so nice. Loved the beach - even though it was windy and rainy every day.

Our door was broken from being slammed by the wind, so we had to wait for maintenance when we first got there. Prices at gift shop were outrageous - but that is to be expected - $10 (?) for band-aids!

The resort is beautiful. The staff is Amazing! The Preferred Club Level is an elevated level of service which we enjoyed. We loved the 21st PC Level Nespresso Coffee, Bar and Exquisite, Healthy, Beautiful snacks throughout the day.

The facility needs some attention. On the 12th floor where many amenities are such as PC Level pool, Olio Restaurant as well as all access restaurants Nebbiolo, and Steak Restaurant were wonderful. The bathrooms on 12th floor need attention from doors being off and paper dispensers, soap dispensers off the walls. The Cleaning was excellent. The Spa is beautiful. The gym is great..warm in the morning as it faces East. Management should keep the gym space cooler in the a.m.

The location of the hotel is okay, the service staff are very nice and polite, and they can also respond in English. There are no children in the entire hotel. It is suitable for adults to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

There are many types of breakfast but not particularly delicious! But there are so many people that the air is a little hot Many guests in the lobby did not wear masks Not much choice of room servers some of restaurant is not open every day

All inclusive service was amazing from table service, silver service, wine tasting & room service at no additional charge. Staff could not do enough to make each guest feel welcome.

Sometimes there would be upselling within the hotel e.g romance table with wine at additional cost. It really is not needed as the normal service is plenty. Also the costs to upgrade your experience type to preferred (again not necessary as the all inclusive experience is amazing without).

As good as last year: beautiful place; excellent meals and amenities; superb staff.

My initial room wasn’t adequately prepared before my arrival. I was promptly upgraded.
