Great and friendly staff. Marlei, Fidel, Brenda, Marcus and team delivered a great service. The location also is great, right next to the Ferry...easy access to the island and downtown. The food was great at the bar and main restaurant. Definitely we will come back and refer to friends.

Some maintenance work needs to be done in some areas, including the waterpark. The wifi also needs to be upgraded. Should let guests know about the daily hotel activities and things to do in town besides the tours.

The buffet was adequate, there were enough options in my opinion and even vegetarian options. The room was clean and basic and the bed was huge. The pools were nice. The beach was nice, clear water, lots of water activities including jetboats and water park. My husband enjoyed the bar. Food offered almost all day. Staff were helpful. Reserved dinner is basically a dinner cooking presentation either Thai or Mex depending on the day. Price was well worth it for a smaller resort.

The wifi did not work. The reserved dinner option only had one choice, so if it's a meat/shellfish you can't eat/allergic to you might have to skip out. They don't tell you ahead of time what is being served. The dinner was a fun experience but not very covid aware as we were sat next to a bunch of different people in close proximity. This did not break my stay I still had a great time otherwise and other food options were adequate.

The staff were friendly, the Thai restaurant night was really good food, the cocktails were nice, also the sushi during the day time was a bonus. The breakfast buffet was very good, so fill up as dinner isn't good. Nice to be right on the beach, with free access to the inflatable water park.

The food in the buffet restaurant for dinner wasn't very good at all, most of the hot food was cold, so didn't eat any of the meat as was worried about food poisoning.

love the area its close to the beach - that week no seaweed- great weather main lobby staff was not too friendly nor keen on informing me of the all u can eat-drink package hated the towel service. love the bday cake and balloon left for him when we came back from our tour love the waiters- security etc - event was fun they knew my fiance as new york::: wish the food had more variety - or changed of menue for that week - the tuesday mexico event was to dye for wish also th events ended later like 11 or 12 10 is too early ...........

see above front desk- maid service they really didnt clean up they just changed sheet put new towels too hott- but thats mexico

Nice location, by the beach. It was a bonus that they offered all inclusive service at a convenient price. Close to Playa Tortuga, where ferries leave for Isla Mujeres and Cozumel.

The size of the bed (tiny for 2 people).

location was great - 30 mins from airport or 10 mins to downtown | Next to Oxxo, Beeach of course, Money exchange, bus stop and boat dock. | Staff are friendly and you’ll make new friends.. lizards etc. | Can store luggage for the day and continue to use the hotel services after check-in just no shower so can’t really swim

The hair dryer over heated after 2-3 mins and didn’t turn back on. waited 10 minutes but gave up. | Buffet is a bit over priced but I guess if you eat a lot during the opening hours of your meal it’s fine. | The terminal wasn’t working so had to use my cash | The blow up water obstacle course wasn’t completed

Stairs have no slippery protection to avoid accidents Restaurants have no ramps for old or handicap people Gym has to be improved with new equipment or repairments

All the staff were so lovely. We got a free upgrade to the beach front even though we booked only an hour in advance due to a cancelled flight. It was one of the cheaper options so we weren't expecting much but ended up being pleasantly surprised.

The food was a bit basic but for price I would still say it was reasonable.

Food was authentic and delicious. Drinks were amazing. It felt like I was living in Mexico. Not a hotel but a home and the staff was amazing and helpful especially when I was locked out of my car & locked in the room.
