Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun Adults Only All-Inclusive

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience! The food, the service, the facilities - everything exceeded my expectations. Loved every second

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that some people were "reserving" poolside loungers early in the AM, and leave for hours at a time. In fact, most loungers would have stuff on them by midday but be empty. It wasn't fair for others who showed up later to dozens of empty but reserved loungers. However, the staff did they best to help us find loungers and I appreciated the efforts they went through to do thay

Room was very comfortable. Dehumidifier would be nicer. Butlers, Luis, Juan and the other young man I cannot recall his name(Gustavo?) were so very helpful. Also, the concierge at first floor has guided us through COVID test process. Breakfast is excellent with more than ample varieties of choices. Concierge there, remembered our name after only one visit. We appreciate that. Yama was a bit disappointing, not quite Japanese. Wait staff were great. Blanc breakfast, Amy, Fernando, Manuel were really nice to us. We loved pizza at Terraza staffed by good people like Hilario and Lizandro. Accidentally a beer glass was broken one day, the reaction and handling of the incident was impeccably excellent. Everytime we visit, we enjoy Lumiere and Bella the most. Servers are great, especially Enrique and Sarain(? not sure of spelling).

Blanc steak dinner; We were not given a roll until we asked. Cesar's Salad was not prepared at the table, server did not remember who ordered which meat, and waited for so long to be asked for coffee and the dessert that never came. We left very disappointed with his service. The restaurant was not that busy. With plenty of staff, it did not appear he was overwhelmed.

I loved everything from the time we arrived to the time we left, the butler service was excellent, and the staff was so polite, they treated us like royalty. The food was excellent, and the resort was immaculate . We will definitely be visiting again

I did not like the 90 minute presentation, the staff was very pushy, and didn’t want to take no for an answer, they were rude and mean when we weren’t interested in becoming a member. We we there for 2 hours and I was highly upset by the time I left. The resort is nice, but I hated the 90 minute presentation. And I didn’t like the fact that the rooms don’t have bigger balconies.

The entire stay at Le Blanc was honestly out of a movie! We were treated like royalty from the time we mentioned the resort at the Airport. The shuttle to the resort and back is a MUST! Super affordable, safe and friendly transportation! The butlers and resort staff all seem to know you by name and even remember special details like your room number and birthdays! We had 24 hour room service which was A-MAZING! Everything you can imagine is on that menu! Gorgeous rooms and an even more gorgeous view of the beach from any room! We had a perfect view and almost fell asleep in our bathtub it was so relaxing! The restaurants are all beautiful and boast delicious food! Our favorite restaurant was Terraza. (Second was the Asian restaurant.) The swim up bar became our 2nd home and we became members of the resort! (It's technically a time share even though they don't call it that.) Despite being "sold" on returning visits, we had an amazing time!

The rooms do get incredibly humid being right on the beach. With the marble flooring, be VERY careful when keeping the doors/windows open as it's a fractured tailbone waiting to happen! ESPECIALLY after drinking and sun bathing all day! The membership SOUNDS like you get a lot of locations with it but you really only get a few spots in Mexico. Perfect if you love Mexico; not so perfect if you like traveling anywhere & everywhere!

this hotel is exceptional, the facilities, the staff, the entire experience was immaculate! We enjoyed Bella restaurant the most out of all the dining experiences. The quality of this resort is simply gorgeous, location made it easy to get about and explore the area. The beach lounge chairs where our favourite as the cooler ocean breeze and serenity was extra special. We could not recommend this resort more highly!

the bread at the buffet breakfast was often not quite fresh. I personally love gin and tonic and found it hard to get a good one as the tonic was always quite flat other than those minor things I could not fault this resort.

The staff was phenomenal and the cleanliness was superb. We felt like we were in paradise the whole time.

I loved the food overall but it felt like a few of the food items weren't that great (burgers for one). The food at the main dinner restaurants was great but it felt like it took so long to get done with the meal. I think the one restaurant experience was around 2.5 hours long. I think this was intentional to create the experience but it would have been nice to speed this up.

Everything was absolutely exceptional. A must go, no regrets retreat. Perfect for couples that enjoy fine food, top notch service and a stunning beach view.

Spa services excellent but overpriced

Everything was really good. From the facilities to the staff, the room, the food, amenities, everything about this place is amazing. My wife and I were able to unplug, relax and absolutely recharge and this was the perfect place for it.

I'm honestly not sure how it could have been better. There was nothing that really stood out to us as a bad thing or something that wasn't great. The Lumiere restaurant was not as good as expected, that's about it.

Great food and the staff was so friendly and hard working. Laura at the pool works her butt off and is great to everyone. Supplying suntan lotion at the pool is a great perk!

A little quiet, but it’s what draws this crowd there. Not a great singles place to be at, but that was a minor observation.

We had a great time at this Hotel. Great customer service and superb view made us special time. Food was nice cocktails were delicious!
