Krystal Cancun

Check in is at 3pm. Hotel won’t take dinner reservations for specialty restaurants. All inclusive does not include everything on the menu. Which is wrong!!!!

location was perfect near all the restaurants and activities around. the room view with balcony was amazing! I would definitely come back to the same hotel.

I requested one king bed and once arrived I asked her to make sure its one king bed they still ended up giving us two beds. The safety box wasn’t working probably should’ve asked for someone to fix it but I didn’t. However, the hotel is highly recommended!

This hotel has the best beach in Cancun and the location is perfect. Choose the rooms with seaside view, because the other side is a littlebit noiser. The hotelstaff was nice, and helpfull. The food in the Aqua Marine Restraurant was great, and the swimming pool bar is also great with good price. The coco bongo club is close to this hotel, and the Ferry to the Isla Mujeres is 5 minute walk. The rooms are a littlebit older, but clean and the bed is very good.

I really love the location, it is very convenient. It is close to the downtown and in front of the beach, we rented a car that we barely used because the location is so great. The stuff very very nice, the food was good and the drinks too. There are 3 different restaurants and 3 bars (one at the pool which is really great)

I don’t give it a 10 just for two thing: the shower drainage was kind like not located in the right place which make a little pool for your feet when you are taking a shower and the another thing is our hair dryer was kind of broken it worked for 30s and turned off so it was a little annoying.

The location was great. Staff was great. Our room was wonderful. The all inclusive is so worth it with many option for dining at anytime of the day! The trees on the beach were amazing if you were lucky enough to snag one

There’s not enough umbrellas outside. There was a total of 3 umbrellas at the pool area which was a huge space. Not many options to shade yourself from the sun at all.

Location was unbeatable, on the beach and close to night life.

Building needs some extra care, very hot inside the hotel...AC only good at lobby area, hallways, restaurant very hot....hotel staff is not as service oriented as in other resort chains where we stayed in the same week.

Definitely, beautiful beaches to visit! Crystal water and no waves so it is perfect for those who are looking for a little peace. The room is great, big bedrooms and we enjoyed the breakfast.

The view from our room was not directly to the sea as there was a sort of building that covered partially our view.

The location was nice, very near a variety of shopping and dining options. The beach is fantastic!!! The pool is pretty and kept up well. We so enjoyed swimming in the ocean that we never even got into the pool. The spa was out of commission part of our stay, and we were very busy with tours and dinners with friends, so we never tried it out. The food was generally very good and lots of it. The restaurant captain, Balam, is an excellent manager, and we enjoyed getting to interact with him often.

There was only one working elevator for tower B the whole four days. Then, on the evening of night #4, someone vomited horribly in it, and no one reported it until I walked back to reception myself. But I ended up climbing to the 8th floor to get to my room when I was exhausted from a 12 hour day on tour. The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, so humidity was overwhelming after two of us showered. There were not enough towels. There was nowhere to plug in the coffee maker except the bathroom. The building shows a lot of signs of age and needed maintenance.

it's by far the BEST beach in all of cancun!!! the breakfast is amazing!! the hotel is a bit dated bit fur the price and location it's pretty much what you expect! the staff are so nice! the Krystal Altitude is right next to it... same beach, double the price! Since we're at the beach the whole day in the end staying at the Krystal just makes sense!! 🤩 parasailing above this beach was just incredible! breakfast is huge, fresh, delicious and worth the money if included in your room. but no need to do all inclusive... breakfast is enough and then dinner in town is perfect! las Isla shopping center is only 5 minutes bus drive away. Save the taxi fare to la Isla, it’s so close to Can walk or take one of the red buses for 12 pesos!

I really loved the location, we could walk to bars and restaurants and that was pretty nice, there was an Oxxo about 2-3 minutes walk from the resort. We had an ocean view and that was my favorite part. I also liked that the seaweed was cleaned up every morning.

One of the days we didn’t have water for a few hours and couldn’t use the restroom but when we came back from the pool the problem was resolved. Also timeshare people trying to get you to listen to a presentation offering free breakfast was sort of annoying.
