The view the beach the area is very nice and beautiful

Reception lady was not friendly at all and we were supposed to get water bottles every day but we haven't received any. We ask if we could get a microwave we only had a small fridge nothing else not even coffee maker but she just said no . I fell on the premises due to the cleaners who spilled water on the floor outside the lobby they saw me and just turn away . A stranger came to help me. I went in and ask for bandaid they told me they don't keep a first aid kid I must go and buy. I was so upset

The hotel was nice our view was even better... some employees went out of there way to help us out...

Two lovely pools for relaxing and swimming open till 9pm. Hotel is right on the beach. Massage on offer was great (I can recommend Rita). The bedroom was comfortable and clean and the mini fridge is handy in the heat. Good service in general.

I can't complain about anything really.

Amazing beach and pool, beautiful room with balcony and good air conditioning. Housekeeping was very good and food and drinks reasonably priced.

Elevator is always busy with either staff doing housekeeping and only one works so being able to climb stairs in extreme hot and humid temperature is a must. A lot of children in the pool I don’t mind and even enjoy it but could understand that it’s an issue for many since they were quite unruly and loud. Facilities are in need of many repairs and lots was going on while we were there. Also quite close to huge clubs like Coco Bongo and music was extremely loud especially some nights was hard to sleep and went on until 6am.

there wasn’t a plug provided with the bathtub so I had to wait around for half hour for staff to find one, the hot water tap only ran ever so slightly so I had a cold bath at night because it took forever to fill the tub up with hot water. No kettle/coffee or anything in the room either. I also was surprised that a big hotel like this had very limited vegetarian options (just a burger) and no plant milk

The beach is outstanding, the restaurant and servers were great, plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The room was spacious with a wonderful view of the lagoon. It’s a neat hotel, nicely furnished and well secured.

The location is very close to Plaza La Fiesta, while this is nice to go for a walk, eat and drink, expect an all night fiesta with very loud music. My room facing the lagoon was jamming with music until very late at night. Recommendation to the hotel : install sound proofing doors because that was the only thing down about this hotel. Also our bathroom looked like it had better days, it could use some updates.

Hotel has very good location, close to beach and center of hotel zone.

The location and the view is absolutely what’s going for the hotel. It is so close to the centre where all the shows, restaurants, malls and bars are there and gosh it’s so loud. The hotel is very close and yet but away so it’s quiet. All you can hear and see is the Ocean. The hotel is bit old but room itself is quite spacious and balcony view is to die for. The room service is pretty good and fast. The wifi is super good. The hotels in Cancun in general is pretty expensive and this hotel is cheaper compared to others. The hotel is actually called Ocean Dream and at first glance it looks like an apartment building. So just look for Ocean Dream when you come in.

The hotel appears to be bit old and elevator takes such long time sometimes. But honestly it didn’t bother me much cos it is clean and room itself and balcony is very nice.

Excellent location! It's a small beautiful property located very close to the night life yet far away from the madness. Pools and outdoor facilities were excellent. Having a good bar and restaurant on site was an added convenience. Concierge Carolina was incredible. She helped us with our airport transportation and local tours and was meticulous with her follow -ups and response. Restaurant staff, Security guards and everyone at the hotel were very courteous and helpful.

Some of the front desk staff and house cleaning staff were ridiculous. We had booked 5 rooms and somehow the people got randomly assigned it seems room #1 had five people assigned; room# 2 had 3 people assigned and room# 3 had two people and next 2 rooms had just one person. When we tried to explain that each room has 2 -3 and wanted them to update it in their system, they wouldn't do it and later it became a nightmare as they would give only 1 towel in some rooms and would not give additional towels without multiple requests which resulted in arguments. This was my only night mare during the whole stay.
