Really nice place for a stopover in Cancún, The hallway, pool area and room were very clean. The AC was working very well. A fridge was provided in the room and an equipped shared kitchen was available. The decoration makes up for the small size of the pool and the yard.

The place is situated in a gated community and parking might become problematic with several guests. You have to be online on the day of your check in to get the entrance code via Whatsapp or email. It is not sent to you right after booking.

We had the downstairs family suite, despite the booking saying it was for a penthouse suite. The pool was a good size considering how big the block was.

Felt like a converted house which was okay but there was no sound proofing to the other rooms near you or the front door if downstairs, so if people came in late or left early you got to hear all of it.

We liked the price, compared to other places we stayed this price was so much better for the staying. We disliked saw some roaches, the pool was under construction.

I Guess the roaches everything else was ok.

We only stayed for one night after a long trip and it was the perfect solution for us. The apartment is very spacious and the beds were comfy. Check-in was easy. The pool looked nice and everything was clean. The bathroom has a very big shower and the two balconies are nice to hang out. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and parking options were around.

It is best to have a car in order to reach the place or get around. Not too many restaurants in walking distance.

We didn't have high expectations, just wanted to stay for a night after our flight, so we are completely satisfied with the property. Clean enough, good location, not far from the Cancun airport. Little bit shabby, but it's ok if you don't plan to stay for a long period of time. There is a pool on the roof which is a great bonus :) Good option for a short stay.

Big, clean rooms, quiet location, nice facilities. Neighborhood is not touristy but has some excellent restaurants within walking distance. Nice to people watch from the balcony of the room as it overlooks a small park

Nice comfortable appartment with very friendly and attentive guard

Very bad isolation, we had very unrespectful upper neighbours who made a lot of noise whole night, was as if they were in the room. Very bad night :-(

The hosts communicated very well before my arrival and provided me with everything I need to know before even me asking about them. The place was extremely clean

It’s a little far away from the touristy places so getting things like a money exchange turned out to be a huge hassle

Nice and well equipped hotel. It was clean and the personnel was very helpful via Whatsup. The area is pretty safe and quiet.

It's a bit far from the center but you can take an autobus to get there (around 10 pesos/person). There isn't a lot of shops and restaurants around.
