One Cancun Centro

The breakfast is good and the employees are nice. And the service is so good. They make our beds every day.

The place may be good for people who will join a tour or rent a car. The traffic in Cancun is bad, especially downtown. Hard to find a bus. We walked for 1 hour after we took R1 from the hotel zoon and got downtown. The room is not so big.

The young man at check in was very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags as we arrived a few hours before check in. The beds were comfy and the hotel and room were clean. Excellent value for money and we would stay there again.

We asked for a wakeup call and taxi booking for a very early flight. Unfortunately this wasnt done and we had to arrange a taxi in the morning however staff did this for us. Free bkfst was included with our stay but we left very early. It would have been nice to have been given perhaps a juice and muffin.

The breakfast was lovely every morning. We didn't get the usual full spread because of the Coronavirus measures but it was still lovely and the staff did a very good job of keeping it safe and clean. I felt safe knowing the cutlery, cups, etc. Were all clean and sterile and as little people as possible had come in contact with what I was eating! The rooms are basic but very comfy. They spray disinfected my room a number of times during my stay and the housekeepers did an excellent job. The showers are gorgeous. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. This hotel is not a fancy vacation hotel but it is a lovely basic budget hotel. We could not afford to break the bank on this stay and this hotel offered us lovely comfortable and clean rooms and a tasty cooked breakfast every morning, and pool access - all for a very reasonable price.

The pool could have been cleaned a little more often. It wasn't terrible, I still swam in it but I would have enjoyed it more if it were a little cleaner. The location was further from the busier or touristy areas than we thought originally. It is lovely if you have your own transport or just need somewhere near the airport but if you are travelling alone or want to be visiting beaches, etc. everyday, it is a bit out of the way. There are plenty of taxis nearby though but that of course is extra money and time.

Hotel was in good location but it is actually not close to any amenities, there is a hospital and have to walk 15 min to a wall mart express. Breakfast was always same. No kettle for tea or coffee.

perfect for us as we were just staying one night and needed to be close to the airport. room was comfortable and clean. restaurants to eat in just across the road

The hotel is good if you need to be close to the airport but otherwise not a place I would spend a week. Breakfast could be better.

Located a bit far from center - you need car/taxi- but next to the highway if you are on the move. Still very quiet rooms and clean room. Very nice breakfast and great staff.

This hotel is a suitable variant for a short and inexpensive stay in Cancun. We spent one night there on our car trip, and there is nothing to complain about: a cozy bed, good breakfast, the surroundings look safe. They also have vast parking

If you are not in a car, you will need a taxi or other transport to get to the tourist places. We needed to open a tap and wait some time for hot water.
