Ibis Cancun Centro

The staff it's very helpful. But one of the réception, put me something wrong in the receipt, and I can't use it for what I need. It's a supermarket right next to the hotel. And 2 bars also.

The rooms are little bit smaller. About location it's like 5 minutes by car from the ADO bus station. But far far away from the beach. But that's not the problem. The problem it's that R1 or R2, the buses that goes to the hotels zone, is not in the area of Ibis Cancun centro. I used a lot the taxis.

What I like was the amenities provided by hotel (hot water for bath, clean towels, shower soap, complementary water on reception everyday), and the most important the room was cleaned and tidy everyday. Cleaners and staff in the restaurant were pretty friendly.

When I approached to receptionist, sometimes some of them tried to answer with short questions in order to avoid specific and long explanation.

Ivan was exceptional in attending to my details questions especially enduring I was to contact my book transfer or taxi arrived. I stay in IBIS CANCUN CENTRO in a room at the 4th floor and was given delicious mexicana cuisine for all varieties as breakfast, filling and nourishing too.

No food for evening... as a Nigerian visiting for the first time. It was difficult to find good food around the hotel. I recommend you cook for us also in the evening as well please.

The location of my room was excellent because I can see the lagoon of Nichupte every morning when I get up.

Sometimes the key card to open the room did not respond and I had to insist up to 10 times or more to open it, in an emergency it would not be right.

It's an IBIS, good cheap and without much fuss. Would recommend if you are on a budget or want somewhere to stay a couple of nights. the property is well located and even has some stores nearby if you want to buy some stuff.

One thing that I would recommend is that they maintain some sort of store open with food because we got there pretty late but couldn't find anything to eat close by. There's a 7 eleven but it barely has some food and the cafeteria on the opposite side of the lobby closes at 11 and isn't even part of the hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, location was close to the amenities of central Cancún and a bus ride away from the Hotel Zone.

Hotel restaurant was closed for my entire stay, which was not made clear when I made my booking. Also the room would have benefited from a mini fridge or similar method of keeping food and drink cool.

The Hotel had some bad reviews in the last year, so i was almost afraid to enter the Hotel. Ibis is great the bad reviews must removed from your page. Thats untrue reflexion of you.

Think the breakfast can be changed. I think now after my stay i dont want to eat eggs soon. Maybe upgrade menue to weekly changes. Add flapjacks and waffles and some warm oatmeal to the menu.

Excellent location, close tu bus station, very central and close to Downtown. Got cheaper food close to and also a new mall next to the hotel. Room was clear, the relation btwm price and quality of service is very high. good to stay just sleep and go to Cancun tours. you could find a 7 Eleven just 50 m far away.

Bathroom shower is very narrow, once you open the water there’s no room to move around and get wet with cold water.

the location is good if you stay in Cancun city. the vow of the city is nice

the facility is not at all close to any other ibis standard high price for what you get
