Hotel Miramar

There was a washer and dryer and the rooftop patio. It was on a street close to multiple restaurants and a grocery store. I loved the huge window in our room and the views at night.

We couldn’t watch Tv because the internet connection wasn’t strong enough for 2 nights. The one way street it was on was hard to navigate. Parking was hard but front desk told us a spot we could park for free and our car was safe. The dryer stopped working but front desk was very nice and dried our clothes for us. The elevator stopped working one day. It was fixed a few hours later.

This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Even the bathroom was practically spotless. The king room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located near a lot of decent and convenient food options, including a 24 hour restaurant right across the street. The rooftop deck is a very chill spot. We spent most evenings relaxing up there, and took home very fond memories of the great views of the city. I like that you can open the windows up a bit and get the breeze coming in off the water, which helps with the tropical humidity without having to blast the AC. Parking was also very easy, which was a huge relief after navigating the streets of San Juan all day.

A few small touches would go a long way, especially in the bathroom. A dish for the soap, some towel racks, and more consistent hot water would be great improvements.

8 minute drive to the Cruise Port. Located in a visitor friendly neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants with a wide range of prices. Walking distance to a Supermarket if you want snacks. Very friendly staff, and very clean hotel. Very nice rooftop sitting area. Smaller than the "Chain Hotels", that's a good thing. I would stay there again.

Having to pay $8 for a cup of coffee at the hotels little coffee shop. I can see if it's not for a patron of the hotel, but it would be a way of making the paying guests happy, with something relatively small.

-Safe, convenient location to all touristy spots that you would want to hit on your vacation to San Juan. -There was a cleaner that came in everyday and cleaned my room which was super nice to come back to after a long day of exploring. -It was quiet at night which made falling asleep that much easier. -The rooftop was unbelievably beautiful. I went up there every night to end my day and honestly could not have asked for a better view. -The staff were fantastic! I lost my key card pretty much everyday and they quickly made new ones for me each time without any complaints.

Stayed here for one night prior to boarding our cruise and it exceeded our expectations. Staff were friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean, hot water/great water pressure, location was superb with plenty of options for food, and the rooftop views were immaculate. Our stay here was the perfect start to our vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

The only downfall for this hotel was the comfort of the beds. Sheets/pillows were clean but the mattress was super firm and uncomfortable. If the beds were more comfortable this hotel would’ve been a 10/10.

We loved the staff and the cleanliness of the location. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect size for us two.

My only critique is we booked a "Spectacular City View" and our view nonexistent due to a old burned church. It was not a major deal as we did not spend a lot of time in the room. I would have liked more coffee available in the morning. The exceptional staff made up for the small shortcomings.

location and cleanliness

parking facility needed staff to open gate at all times. should have a code for guests since we had to wait for staff to open and close it and it was across the street. one of the staff was not duly trained in managing all services like paying parking in advance when I requested It. I had to wait for another employee to handle it.

Nice location…20min walk from Condado beach! Nice friendly area with plenty restaurants near by. The views from the rooftop were beautiful! Professional and friendly staff. Very clean, comfortable beds, and pillows were so soft…not extra firm!! Nice size room for at least 4 people! Full body mirror in the bathroom, and another mirror in the room itself. Nice sitting area down in the lobby along with a coffee cafe!!

it was exceptionally clean! that always brings me comfort when travelling -finding a hotel that meets my level of clean is comforting!

the wifi could have been a bit stronger. i tried to do some work in my room and on the roof deck but the signal was too weak so i had to use my personal hotspot. i would have appreciated a public water cooler in the lobby or something.

Cozy, modern and comfortable room with small fridge and microwave. Great location, excellent WiFi, I’m a local and went for work since I have no power thanks to hurricane Fiona.

Parking is across the street and is shared with a condominium. No problem with that but the waiting for someone from front desk to get out , close to the gate to open or close it is frustrating. You need to go to the front desk to inform if you are going in or out of the parking, for someone to open the gate, annoying.
