Breakfast is good. There is fruit variety but not of vegetables. The location and hotel itself are very quiet. The room is spacious. Wifi works well all over the place. Breakfast price is reasonable.

Not easy to reach with public transportation. The room has not coffee pot so we can't prepare coffee or tea. The bathroom is "inside" the room, separated by glass walls: not nice. Hotel fare is high.

the location was amazing, only 15 min from the airport (costs only 32€), the check-in was super quick and easy, the staff were friendly and kind. the room itself was nice, very comfortable bed and the balcony was amazing, very clean and tidy. the location itself is great, only 5 min walk to the bus station and same for supermarket. overall, we were very pleased with our stat and we will definitely return here in the future.

the only problem was for us is the menu at the restaurant as we are Muslims and the option with no pork or wine were very limited, other than that the food and service were amazing

I had problem with my car rental that I rent for 3rd Nov. I had voucher and full payment from the application, but the car didn't show up on the time being (08.00). Lucky the guest want to use car on 10.00, so I have time to find out solution. It was the Reception staff name Rachel that helped me sincerely, she helped me call the car company and find out the problem that they didn't get the confirmation from the application. After Rachel explain and mention the voucher and payment proof, the car come to hotel right in time at 10.00. I can't speak Spanish.. I can't do anything if Rachel didn't help me. Thanks for her willingness to help that I appreciate very much.

Would be nice if there is porter to help the luggages, because for group visitor sometime have a lot of baggages.

It is a great option if you want to be a bit outside the city, quieter and cooler, specially in the summer. There is also a Taxi Rank literally in front of the hotel which it is very convinient

the Hotel is a bit old and the Breakfast room is in rather unattractive Room. The hotel has a great dinning room in the front and terrace. The hotel should consider moving the bfast to that area.

Individual rooms had a good size and the bed was confortable. Staff were nice and helpfull. Breakfast was very good and the coffe machine/coffee was great..

I understand this is a hotel for business trips and not family but I stayed here two times and tried to have a room for four people and it was not possible. No pool. In one of the times, one of the rooms smelled funny. I left the window opened while I visited Madrid, it improved a bit but did not solve it completely. Sound isolation is not the best.

The surroundings and the garden. Most of the facilities were closed as the restaurant and the bar and this must be advise when you book.

The room was ok, but very dark. As they want to save energy it seems like a cave. The shower very bad with just little water and you get cold...

I have sent several mails to the structure and messages through booking but they reply very very late! Each time I have to ask them to answer so many times! I do not know why they do not reply during the day, I know the hotel very well and can see many people working at the reception. I suggest them to take more care of their clients! Customers need urgent reply. It is a pity to understand the hotel staff does not care about this. Sara Rome - Italy

The professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of the staff. I especially want to highlight Miss Raquel in Reception and Mr Dimitry Maitre and head of the breakfast service.Their extraordinary kindness made our stay even more pleasant. The very big 218 room and bathroom were greatly appreciated.

Not close to major transport except the bus, but most drivers don't speak English so getting around was easier via pricey users. Housekeeping is quite early & we were woken up from our sleep in quite an abrupt manner .

The enthusiasm of welcomes at the reception gives your stay a good start. Combined with the c;lean and comfortable room with great beds made it an excellent stay

The restaurant food is great but the waiter who serves you can put a smile on his face, or at least show he likes his job
