Hotel Indigo Madrid - Princesa, an IHG Hotel

Spacious room with great amenities such as clothing iron and espresso machine. Great location - the Arguelles metro station was right next to the hotel, a minute walk. Lots of cute bars and restaurants nearby. It's also a pretty great location if you want to do some shopping without going to the VERY crowded Gran Via. There's a Zara, Mango, el corte ingles, and a bunch of other stores right next to the hotel. The hotel also offers baggage storage which was perfect since we had a 17 o'clock train to catch.

The beds are pretty high - as a 5"2 hobbit that wasn't ideal, but it's a pretty comfy bed. The sofa bed is also spacious and pretty comfortable.

Location was fabulous!!! Its so close to the city center ( walkable distance) and all the shopping you want. The room was a great size too! The staff are great and so are the room amenities. There was a nice Nespresso machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. If I had to nit pick- it didn't have a kettle and a exhaust for the bathroom.

There was no kettle in the room, and the bathroom could've used with an exhaust fan. The phone in the room didnt work either.

The room itself was comfortable and quiet. The balcony was clean and accessible, and the amenities in the room were easy to navigate.

I would've appreciated a lower bath height. I was able to step in and out semi-easily, but shorter and/or differently abled guests may struggle

Newly refurbished, nicely decorated and with a large room area with desk and huge bathroom. The bed, linen and towels were perfect. Convenient restaurant and location near a metro and ahopping area. Ideal for a university conference.

The door is not sealed so you can hear the noise of the hallway.

the location was nice and convenient. The staff were very helpful. It was clean and quiet.

The breakfast was of poor quality. It was 11€ so not expensive, but very little fruits, and the everything was of poor quality. The meats, cheeses and bread looked like it was picked up at a discount store.

Extremely good handicap facilities. Bathroom was excellent with a walkin shower, a shower chair, lower sink and pocket door. Wish our room was slightly bigger but it was ok. Breakfast buffet was at a lower level so my husband, in the wheelchair could actually see the food. Highly recommend if your traveling to Madrid, handicapped or not!

The elevators are on the small size but many European hotels have small elevators.

Everything is great about Indigo Princesa, I had been there before and when due to a change of plans I needed an Hotel in Madrid, I did not hesitate. Location is perfect, everything you need, including Metro stop is two steps away. I love the Arguelles area. Rooms are very spacious, same as bathroom. Decoration is very homely and also beds are wonderful. Yo have a Nespresso machine and many amenities, which not always is the case in other hotels of the same category.

I really liked everything, nothing to add.

The location is perfect, it is a relatively quite area, but has a metro and buses closeby, and good shops. It has many varied restaurants and places for breakfast. It has a good service of taxi to the airport for a fixed price.

This time I did not include breakfast, but maybe I should have because it was very rainy. Last time I was not that happy with it.

location was great !!! stuff was very welcoming and friendly we needed to make reservation in several places , receptionist Carla helped us making a phone call and reserving for us breakfast was great and all servers very friendly , it was great stay

Excellent location really close to the subway. Very comfortable and pnice. Corridors and elevators look small, but it way compensated with the room size. Huge bed too. Super clean.

There were some small aesthetic details on the bathroom, very small things, besides that everything looks 4 stars.
