The location of the hotel is great, it is in an expensive neighborhood next to metro station. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and internet was fast.

We had the standard room and there was no natural light because it was a ground floor - windows were looking inside of an interior patio (not the best)

This hotel is in the perfect location to enjoy The Hyde Park of Madrid - Parque del Retiro. If you stay here be sure to eat at Raimunda (need to book ahead) and Le Club Sushita - two great restaurants. The museums - Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen are on your doorstep too. The only annoying thing was that there was no hotel bar but Uber Eats managed to provide all the supplies you need after hours. If you like techno then check out Lulu Club nearby on the Gran Via 🕺🕺🕺

staff professional and helpful, helped with being locked out of safe. Nothing was a problem, Breakfast was very good value, staff at breakfast were very helpful and attentive. All round the staff made the experience really good.

Small things, just a stand to put your suitcase on instead of some drawers to put your clothes in but no real drama.

Perfectly located, lots of restorations in a walking distance, hotel is nice and clean, polite personnel ready to help with additional questions.

We ordered rooms with "view to the yard" and it was actually looking to the wall with noisy conditioning block, and because of a dry air in the room we had to sleep with an open window and listen to that noise all night. Instead of a usual buffet breakfast you have to order items in advance and can't change, not very handy if you're travelling with a kid :)

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel, rooms, hallways, reception and breakfast areas are so tastefully designed. The wooden staircase and all the beautiful photographic prints were a real highlight for me. The bedroom was very comfortable. We had a courtyard view and it was so quiet. The bed was amazing with three massive pillows each and crisp white linen. Bathroom had a great shower. The hairdryer was a proper professional one so no need to bring your own girls! Amazing photographs in the room. Breakfast was really worth it with a super selection that you preorder on a form the night before. Excellent location near Banco de España and Recolletos stations. Many restaurants around and also within walking distance of Cheuca, Malasaña and Sol.

Everything was perfect

The hotel has everything I need on a business trip for one night - a comfortable bed, very clean rooms, good bathroom, toiletries, just in the middle of Recoletos, close to shops and plenty of restaurants.

The price is obviously getting more expensive since the first time I stayed here but this is expected. If it stays in this range, I will continue choosing it for my next trips.

Elegant yet minimalistic rooms they were comfy and had everything you need, the shower was excellent, the location is excellent very close to Retiro park and within short walking distance from other main attractions.

There was an annoying sound inside the room which disturbed my sleep I think from the fridge but wasn't sure. Also, they charge an additional 40€ for early chick in, it felt as I was on a budget airline.

It is a beautiful old Spanish house. For me one of the greatest locations that you can have in Madrid. Excellent restaurants in the area, calm street but just 3 minutes by walk from Cibeles. Every time I stayed the bed was outstanding in terms of comfort. Design of the rooms is sober and trendy. I really like colors, fabrics and pictures in the room.

Stuff is not always nice. I stayed in this hotel more than 8 times. Last time I asked if they could let me get into the room before paying because I just arrived from along trip and I needed to withdraw money because my credit card was not working. The front desk lady had my passport but still said no. Last two times not breakfast available (you should ask in advanced) and finally I always liked the detailed that they let you free waters in your room. Last two times that I asked for water and after shampoo they said they didn’t have.

Very nice hotel a block away from the Puerta de Alcala. My room was very quiet (even though it faced the street), very dark, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was great, ready to help with anything you might need. It was my second stay at this hotel, and I am sure that I will return.

My only complaint, and it was not a big deal, is that it took a few minutes to conect to the wifi every time that you used it.

Rooms towards the courtyard inside of the hotel are super quiet. The bed was really comfortable. Central location.

In the early evening no hot water in my bathroom (room number 101). The shower floods a bit the bathroom as there is no door for the shower.
