The room is small but clean. As it is on the third floor, it has a great view of mountain. The breakfast is very good. I love it. They have fruits, coffee, croissant, ham, orange juice, etc.. It was great. The transportation is fine, no matter to the center of city or to the airport.

My plug stuck in the sink for one night, but after I mentioned it to the hotel, the problem was solved quickly. The smell in the corridor is not that good, but the room is fine.

Firstly, there`s a direct route from Geneva airport (Bus 23 is best) & a main tram line (14) that feeds into the central areas of the City: both are within 50m of the hotel. And all transport is free for tourists! The hotel has all the basic requirements: quite modern, clean & functional. Its an ergonomic room with pod-like bathroom & good air conditioning (Note; the window doesn`t open) The Hotel has a small bar, & serves hot food too. Breakfast is continental, plenty of choice, with scrambled eggs / sausages or bacon & toast for the Brits! The staff were helpful & always there; they resolve any minor problems efficiently. Luggage can be stored on your departure day. In the local area, there is a good shopping centre, take-aways (includes KFC & Burger King)

The staff as always was very helpful and willing to answer any questions and help in all matters. They even took care to keep my airplane pillow that I forgot during my previous stay and gave me it back. Very close to public transport. Good breakfast

A little bit overpriced but this is Geneva, and I understand that due to coinciding various international meetings the city gets overcrowded and hottels tend to increase the prices based on the demand.

I liked the location and the services. I enjoyed the free ice and fan!

I did not love that the air conditioning did not really work. It was so hot. I tried opening the window and using a fan. We were pretty hot the whole time and did not sleep well. It isn't very hot outside since it is early June so I am very disappointed in the air conditioner.

The hotel is very close to public transport & I appreciated the free two-day pass for one night stayed. The staff are very friendly & attentive. The breakfast was good too - lots of choice & not too busy. I asked for & was provided with a lovely quiet room, which suited me as I had work meetings on zoom.

It was bitterly cold outside & I would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea outside of breakfast hours. It didn't bother me, but it might have bothered other people, one of the staff came to check when I hadn't checked out at ten minutes before check out. I was just checking I'd not forgotten anything & they were very nice, but it was a surprise.

Room was adequate, a lot of cyclists in the hotel for a race and we were allowed to take bikes in the room to prepare, breakfast was very good and available early in the morning, underground parking available but also free public parking right outside. Tram is right around the corner and takes you straight to city centre

Room a bit on the small side

Room was lovely. Air con a real plus. Location was good and access to trams was brilliant. Rooms were really quiet and shower was lovely.

The only negatives were that there was no kettle in the room - tea and coffee available at reception/bar but paid for. Also the USB chargers at the bedside didn't work but plugging in to the telly did

The staff was friendly and answered questions. The room was very, very clean, with a functional and pleasant design. And there were more than 9 sockets to charge devices. The bed is large and comfortable and the tv is huge. The hotel garden is well kept and full of tonic greenery and serenity. The tram stop that gets you to city centre is very close. And the tram runs every few minutes, till late in the night. Also, a supermarket is at a convenient distance.

It exceeded my expectations, especially as a ‘budget’ IBIS hotel. It was fantastic. Very clean and a big room. Bathroom was clean. Great location. easy access to the centre by train or bus which are both free!! I would go back here

Nice, easy come easy go place👌🏻 Easy check in easy check out. They have parking garage that cost €22. We parked our bikes there too, it was comfortable👍 Good WiFi for video calls conditioner works perfect👌🏻
