I loved the fact that the staff was SO friendly and enthusiastic. The bell boy was so cheerful and helpful. The front office team was kind enough to give us a late checkout as we needed more time. We ordered room picnic and the lady that came to deliver our food was also so lovely and so professional. I think the staff really made the stay more enjoyable for us. They also fulfilled all of my requests. The breakfast has a huge variety and we were spoilt for choice!

The check-in ladies were still in training so took quite some time. The rooms had no amenities like dental kit etc (I don’t know if it’s available on request) but also sanitary bags which are quite necessary when you travel with females. The spa and recreation staff were very unhelpful and sarcastic. The steam room was not switched on, we went to tell them about it, they said WE should call engineering team by ourselves (as if we work there) then when we left they said maybe it will be working tomorrow and we went again the next day and still the same so that was disappointing. No valet service

We stayed at the Hampton as a part of a small getaway staycation and to celebrate my son's birthday, we contacted them and they prepared the most pleasant surprise for our son's birthday, it was an amazing gesture by the hotel. The room was nice, spacious and very clean, the balcony was simply great with an amazing view of the sea, we really enjoyed the hi-tech in the room also. The swimming pool was amazingly cool and clean, rather small, but we enjoyed it as a family, Our son also enjoyed the ( The Hub ) kids' recreation centre, it is an amazing Idea to have such a facility and the team were more than caring and careful. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, attentive and well behaved, our thanks to all the staff and a Special Thanks and appreciation to Mr Robby at the front desk, he was extremely welcoming, helpful and astonishingly cooperative and his behaviour gave an amazing first impression as we were checking in. For Sure we will come back again, and we will recommend the Hotel to our friends also.

Only One Thing, the Flatware and cutlery ( spoons, forks and knives) in the ( Flavour Restaurant ) were smelly and we had to thoroughly clean them before using Although the food was nice

Loved the breakfast buffet. There is decent no. Of activities for the kids and the property is small but modern. The rooms were very nicely done. Loved the kids club. They were very attentive.

The front desk staff was quite rude when we requested they let us check out half an hour late so we can perform our Friday prayers before we leave. The lady was extremely annoyed and snappy. We also hated the dinner buffet. We felt we were cheated into buying the dinner package priced at 110 per person after asking them for details of the menu prior to purchase. The dinner buffet was an absolute disappointment. There wasn't a variety of dishes. The live BBQ was a joke. They didn't even bother refilling the food trays.

Like everything starting from reception, welcoming, room, swimming pool, breakfast, kids play area but only not the price since we have booked 6 rooms 3 together and 3 separately but out of all only for me it was 80Aed more than they paid for each rooms.

Price for my room was charged Aed 80/- more than the same rooms booked by my friends from booking.com as well and also the kids indoor play area timings found only up to 7pm which should be at least 10pm.

Rooms are very spacious and clean.Beds are king size and very confortable. Daily change of towels, fresh water and coffee/tea. Staff is very polite and helpful. Lots of activities with Divein Bar Claw and Karma Caffe as a plus. Lots of outdoor activities. The infinity pool is just top notch!! Congratz for that! Losts of sunbeds both at the beach and at the pool. Breakfast is simply a delight!!

I would ask the sales managers selling spa activities or safari trips to stop asking us if we want their services on the beach. The beach should be kept quiet and relaxing. This is definitely smth the hotel management should take into consideration.

I felt welcome and that I had made the right choice. Check in was quick and easy. The room was lovely and overlooked the pool and beach. The bed was comfy and room clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The os lots of choice for the buffet breakfast. Rooms are cleaned well and quickly. Discounts for using The Claw BBQ and Karma Restaurants. They tended to any requests which were made. I asked for a late check-out and was permitted. I forgot my jacket in one of the restaurants and it was returned to me the following day.

That I had to call for a bathrobe and slippers. They don't have bathrobes and this shocked me as I love using hotel bathrobes. It helps me to relax. I was unimpressed with a cocktail which I ordered. I gave the barman an opportunity to improve on the 2nd one. I felt I should have been compensated on the price- I wasn't. A chicken tikka wrap from Flavors restaurant was not good value for money- tasteless and had barely any filling. I struggled with opening and closing the sliding door- it was very tight.

Staff was very courteous, particularly Kent who got us the kind of room we were hoping for. Breakfast was good with a number of dishes. The beach is a relaxing place to be in. Room quality, view, and bathroom are all up to the mark.

Dinner was really not satisfactory. Many dishes were missing and the ones present were more suited to brunch than dinner. It was too overpriced for what we got. The pool area is quite large but small compared to how many people are there. Because of this, it feels too crowded and I avoided it. The area around the hotel is empty and has nothing to do.

The stay was amazing, clean, view , food , Really it was nice 2 days and I will come again if they clean the beach

Every thing was ok . But the beach was so dirty ( sticky black thing ) , the service on the beach was very slow I ordered beer I got my order after 30 m and very hot

We are a family with kids and stayed for 1 night in a sea facing room. There is no valet so you need to park yourself in the basement with plenty parking spaces. The room was ready when we arrived. The Pakistani staff at the reception was extra cooperative. He even give us a late checkout during checkin time itself The staff at the lobby was managing the rush hour very well and the lobby and corridors were neat and clean. The room though a bit smaller than the other properties we have stayed , was modern and beautifully designed. it had a balcony with table and chairs for a enjoying a nice cup of tea or coffee. The room equipment is digitally controlled with panels installed at bedside and room entrance . It also had USB ports at bedside for charging of mobile phones and other usages. Additionally , it had a sofa bed which was comfortable too. The washrooms were so clean. The shower was amazing and they had dispensers for shampoo and other liquids which I thought is better than the shower kits. The room service and house keeping were so quick in answering the calls as well as getting the work done. The food we ordered in room was also tasty specially the pizza. The staff from house keeping were so efficient which really made our stay more comfortable There were separate swimming pools for kids and adults so we had a really good time there and kids enjoyed both pools. It was a rush time too but still we had a great time.The beach was just Ok. There were indoor play hall which was fantastic and kids spent time there. They also had xbox games , screen games, coloring and a small internal soft play area. At night they have fabulous live shows . We loved the arabic dance with light show. Though limited options the Breakfast was tasty. Live omelette station, arabic dishes, sausages , waffles, cereals , croissant, cake slices, water melon and 1 other fruit, many types of yogurt,apple and orange juice.

We don’t have habit of complaining on petty issues so no complaints

The staff behaviour was really good. I really thanks Mr Kamal the chef and all breakfast serving staff they were really nice. I would like to make special thanks to Mr Retish sorry if i spell the name wrong from Room service despite it was not their policy but he help me. Kids love the pool ...

It was my first time ower their overall all the facilities were good but if they could have an oven in the room and alot a but spaces room for the families with toddlers as sometimes they need a bit space to move around . For which i have to take them to them corridore which was well carpeted and clean.
