Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah

We stayed 2 nights and called for room cleaning 5 times after nothing was done by 4pm on the second day. 4 times we were promised that it would get attended to immediately. The last time we were told that cleaners had gone home. Evidently, staff were told to promise while knowing they were not going to deliver. This reflects a serious management problem and an equally serious image problem for the Hilton brand. To say "sorry, but we are not able to attend" is acceptable to most people, but promising and fooling customers into planning for service which never appears is totally un-acceptable for a Hilton hotel. Replacing general manager is recommended.

Almost everything right from the time we stepped into the hotel to the time we exited. The reception staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and spacious with everything available, the breakfast spread was great and the pool, the gym and the facilities were clean and beautiful. The family loved its stay and we should be back soon to enjoy a second stint. Natasha at the reception was very welcoming and courteous.

One thing that I would have loved is better pillows. The Pillows were too soft for my liking. But to be honest, I didn't call the reception to find out if they could provide me with firmer and harder pillows.

The staff. Verrrry friendly and welcoming. Despite the huge rush at check in, Chan welcomes everyone with a pleasant smile. Tajjamul and Naeem go the extra mile to ensure a smooth stay. Half board was worth it with the calm atmosphere, good variety and pasta station. The addition of a small kiosk at reception to enable guests to grab necessities was a good idea! Wasn't there in earlier stays. Longer hours allowed for pool use were great to avoid high daytime temperatures. Night lifeguard on duty during our stay was helpful and friendly as well. Location near Naeem mall and Manar mall was an added attraction

Only two out of three lifts were working and that too sporadically meaning queuing for lifts wch is not ideal

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly courteous, and they made us feel warmly welcomed throughout our visit. Special thanks to Mrs. Yonu, who helped us with the check-in process and arranged a room with a lovely view, considering we were traveling with kids. The hotel’s pool was fantastic, and the separate kids pool provided a safe and enjoyable space for the little ones to have fun. The gym was well-equipped with brand new equipment, making it a delight for fitness enthusiasts like me. The dinner was good, although the selection of items was slightly limited, the taste was still incredible. However, the breakfast spread was absolutely awesome! They offered a wide variety of dishes, catering to South Indian, North Indian, and English breakfast preferences. The hotel bar offered a pleasant surprise with reasonable prices for alcohol, allowing us to unwind and enjoy our evenings. The overall experience was top-notch. The valet parking staff deserves a special mention for their exceptional service, swiftly getting our vehicles even in the hot sun. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay with outstanding amenities and a friendly staff!

At the time of booking in the special request note I had mentioned that it was my 15th wedding anniversary so make it special, but when reached the hotel for check in in the staff informed due to the new year eve they couldn’t do any arrangement for my anniversary.. which is understandable, but after that the staff had informed me that they will send me a pastry which will mention happy anniversary and I agreed to that coz It would have been a surprise for my wife … unfortunately nothing such happened… But the stay, with pool , breakfast and dinner was really awesome, we all enjoyed it

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and it certainly left a lasting impression. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the delightful atmosphere and modern aesthetic. The hotel's ambiance exuded a sense of contemporary elegance, creating a truly inviting environment. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff, especially those at the bar. Their genuine friendliness and accommodating nature made me feel right at home. Whether it was crafting a perfect cocktail or simply engaging in a pleasant conversation, their warmth and attentiveness added an extra touch of excellence to my experience. Upon arriving at my room, I encountered a peculiar scent that hinted at an issue. Without hesitation, I reached out to the front desk, and to my delight, they swiftly resolved the situation. Not only did they immediately relocate me to a different room, but they also graciously upgraded my accommodations. This level of promptness and attentiveness truly exceeded my expectations, showcasing the hotel's commitment to ensuring utmost comfort for their guests. The culinary offerings at the hotel were also a noteworthy highlight. The food provided was of exceptional quality, leaving me craving for more with every meal. The diverse menu showcased the culinary expertise of the talented chefs, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared to satisfy even the most discerning palate.

While my stay was mostly exceptional, there were a few areas that could benefit from some attention. The outdoor balcony attached to the bar, although functional, lacked the visual appeal that the rest of the hotel exuded. Its bare concrete slabs seemed rather uninspiring and could greatly benefit from some decorative touches, enhancing the overall ambiance. Additionally, the size of the balcony was quite small, limiting the number of guests who could enjoy its offerings simultaneously.

Hilton Garden Hotel is one of the good hotels here in UAE. During our stay there at RAK branch their room are spacious, We like the whole carpeted room, the lighting, their breakfast also are good so many options my parents loved it. The activity area and the pool also we enjoyed, good thing there are some activity that you can do while staying there. Hope they could add more play area like dart or other games for kids. The overall stay was great will come back there soon.

So far nothing maybe improvement with the color of your rooms hope this can be change like minimalist and earth colors aesthetic style simple but elegant.

The receptionist Natasha was very welcoming and gave us a very good room as per our requests. The room was spacious , clean & had a nice view. On our checkout Natasha gave us a late checkout which was really nice & convenient for us. The staff at the restaurant were very nice too!

The breakfast was good quality but little variety! Not the variety you would expect at Hilton. The towel lady at the pool went from welcoming and nice to unconcerned when I declined an offer to buy swimsuits from the shop. She was looking at her mobile phone when we returned the towel and barely got up to confirm with us she took the towel. All over not a professional attitude at all!

It was a great stay; the room size was good enough with smart tv and mirroring. Enough free parking available. The breakfast variety was good, and the service could be a little better. The swimming pool and gym are big and good enough for a short trip. Dine-in-room service was very fast.

No major issues or anything, we were extending the stay by an extra day, but the process took so long, check out and re-check in and everything. For Hilton, they can re-issue the card's validity and be good to go. Still not a deal breaker.

We love how homey the atmosphere of each room. All the staff are friendly and nice, we love how each and every small detail was put into thought & smart plan such as the shower control 💯👌 it was absolutely clean and everyone is friendly from starting to end of our stay.

We came probably at the wrong time as there was a renovation/construction happening so drilling is ongoing which wakes us up early from the noise, also room is not sound-proof 🤐
