There are some things we like about hotels. The convenience. The view. The facility. We are from the tropical nation of Fiji and since it was getting cold, the hotel rooms need to be properly warmed up. Hotel Lili2 ticked all the boxes and in winter, the room was comfortable and warm- also, it has 2 TV screens for your viewing pleasure. I love the fact it was luxurious- the top suite. We had copious hot coffee. And the view is everything if you are to stay here. We enjoyed our 2-nights stay at the hotel. We had a taxi driver, very friendly and doubled up as a tour guide :). You can walk from the hotel to the main centre and enjoy the Promenade walk. The hotel manager was friendly as well filling in with some needful information. If we are ever in Sarande, we will be making repeat visits to the hotel! Thanks a lot :)

We liked everything about the hotel, its convenience and facility.

We have been lucky to stay on the upper floors, so the view was stunning and amazing. That's the highlight of the hotel. The rooms/flats are big and brand new. Beds are comfy. We visited during the low season, so it was very easy to park, and all attractions were easily reached by car (short ride).

The service has space for improvement/little more attention: we had to ask every day for something basics (dishwashing product, towels, cleaned set of cups/glasses, shower gel). Towels had stains and were not soft at all. The hotel is quite new, so I'm sure the manager/staff can work on these attentions for making it a perfect stay.

Almost BRAND NEW, SUPER CLEAN (stuff did a DAYLY CLEANING, AND FRESH TOWELS). nice, friendly, VERY helpful management, in-house taxi available 24/7. Convenient location, we got a room on the 5-th floor with breathtaking see view. Big balcony ( no, not big but HUGE, PANORAMIC BALCONY) with very good outdoor furniture.. all marble and high end porcelain tile.. Modern, decent size bathroom, nice kitchen, equipped with everything: coffee machine, glass cooktop, microwave, all you need.. TWO HUGE wall mounted TV with a lot of apps installed, Netflix, Amazon TV, News, YouTube, etc. Very convenient bedroom, top quality mattress and pillows.. Big wardrobe, security safe and much more.. MODERN, CONTEMPORARY STYLE! We love it much.

The comfort of the apartment was amazing. So clean and no problem was too big. Do make use of their taxi service - it’s amazing and so thoughtful. Your trip can be customised and it is like travelling with friends. Very friendly staff and mini market nearby with lovely food spots. Can’t fault it.

Albania is hilly so understand there is some stairs when returning to the hotel from your visit outdoors. Nothing to do with the hotel but it’s part of the route! Good to burn some calories when you’ve had a good meal out!!

I will try to be as fair and as honest as possible. It was incredibly clean and really good interior. The hygiene standards were impeccable. The rooms were made up very well and there was quite a bit of space for 2/3 people in the apartment. You have the ability to lock the door between the living room and bedroom, if you require privacy.

I will try to be as fair and as honest as possible. Its not really reflective of the distance it takes to get to the centre of Saranda. If you're healthy and fit I'd say that the promenade is about a 22min walk away. If you have mobility issues or are not used to walking, I'd say about 35mins. The staff was not rude at any point but also not as warm as other places I had stayed in Albania. Also if if the reception is going to be vacant, I suggest maybe a bell of some sort. I also booked seaview room, it was maybe a semi sea view room.

Very friendly staff, very helpful. We arrived late in night (2 am), and were not able to find the location (it is actually Google's fault, Google does not have a good map of the place), and they came out, picked us up and showed us the way to their parking spot. Also we got a free upgrade, and enjoyed fantastic view on the bay and Corfu!

The building is well kept and clean. Parking is accessible, could always get a space. The staff were super friendly and immediately wrote us a list of recommendations. The room was really comfy and huge for the price. We made use of the kitchen and smart tv plenty and the cleaners came everyday so we always had fresh towels. The location was perfect, only a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants, bars and shops very close. 10/10 I can’t recommend this place more.

The balcony we had was quite public pretty much in the car park but we can’t really complain for the price.

Where should I start? From beginning to end, everyone at Hotel Lili was really accommodating. The apartment was even nicer than the pictures. There were a few minor items missing from my accommodation, but management swiftly addressed this. The staff was helpful, and I ended up extending my stay. Excellent value for money and conveniently located near restaurants and bars. The port is close, and it cost me 1,500 lek, which is 15 euros. There is also a bar at the apartment which has was handy, although like many places in Albania, it only accepts cash but there are lots of atm near the hotel to withdraw cash. I intend to return to Albania on a regular basis, so I will continue to book here. Highly recommended.

Great location!! Just a street off the happening centre of Saranda, so it is quiet, yet you can reach the lively beachfront by walking down 150 steps. The huge balcony is lovely. The apartment is very well decorated. The bathroom is fantastic.

The kitchen amenities were lacking, not even a kitchen tissue and hardly any utensil to cook. No oven to prepare ready food. The WiFi was very weak, non-existent in the balcony. No fan or ac in the living room. So it was difficult for my child to sleep on the sofa cum bed in this extremely hot summer.
